| Meishan Area covers mainly central Hunan province.Since the local development was restricted by the historical and po lit ical status and geographical environment,there was a lack o f co mmunicat ion between Meishan region and the outside world unt il the Northern Song Dynasty.Meishan culture is one o f the three ancestral Chinese cultures?the other two are the Zhongyuan and Jingchu cultures?.During the lo ng historical development,the mysterious and original propert ies are retained in Meishan Culture and the diversified and symbiot ic cultural patterns are displayed.At present,plent iful historical and cultural heritages exist in Meishan Area,providing abundant resources for establishing a cultural heritage scenic spot.In recent years,the local tourist industry develops rapidly,and the tourists have an increasing demand for experiences.However,many problems are exposed in development and construct ion for the cultural heritage scenic spot.In the scenic spot,heritage and landscape resources are destro yed;the landscape lacks originalit y o f history,interact ion,and part icipat ion;there is a lack of integralit y in design and construct ion;support ing facilit ies fall behind;the tourist experience is poor.In considering all these problems,it is urgent to seek effect ive solut ions.The“13th Five-Year”Development Plan Outline of Tourist Industry in Hunan Province puts forward that we should prioritize?Meishan Cultural Experience Tourist Area?on the basis of culture and original ecological landscape resources of Meishan region,turning it into a famous cultural experience sightseeing district.The autho r reflects it by co mbining the need for inheritance and protect ion o f cultural heritage,the historical background o f experience econom y development,the guidance o f po licy goal,and relevant design pro jects that the author part icipates in.By start ing fro m experient ial landscape design,the author studies the theories and methods to improve the landscape and experience qualit y o f cultura l heritage scenic spot in Meishan Area.This thesis consists seven chapters,which includes background,theoret ical research,basic research o f the object,and exploratory pract ical research.The who le paper is divided into seven chapters that mainly inclu de three parts:subject background research,basic theory research,pract ice explo rat ion research.Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are background and theoret ical research.In Chapter 1,the research background is introduced,related concepts and research significa nce are defined,and the research methods,idea,and framework are clarified.Chapter 2summarizes relevant do mest ic and internat ional theories on cultural heritage resource protect ion and management,tourism landscape development,several successfu l design cases,and introduces the experiential landscape theory proposed by Kevin Thwaites BA fro m the Universit y of Sheffield.Moreover,by co mbining humanist ic philosophy and sustainable development concept,this thesis proposes that experient ial landscape des ign is a kind o f exploratory thought,and an overall landscape thought system integrat ing spat ial dimensio n and experience dimensio n.In addit ion,a theoret ical framework o f interact ion and awareness mode of experient ia l landscape is established,i.e.egocentric awareness of?intuitional perception at inst inct level–dynamic percept ion at behavioral level–cultural and emot ional perception at reflective level?and group awareness presenting group diffusion effect and experience convergence pheno mena.Henc e,a theoret ical foundat ion is laid fo r this study.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 involve basic research of the object.In Chapter 3,the natural environment and humanist ic environment o f Meishan Area are discussed briefly based on Steward's?cultural system?theory.Moreover,by combining existing research achievements on Meishan cultural system,this chapter co mpletes and deepens the hierarchy system that develops cultural representat ions such as values,behavioral pattern,and materializat ion image gradually b y sett ing the local religious fait h as cultural core.A thorough analysis is performed on the landscape characterist ics of the cultural heritage formed under the influence of cultural hierarchy system in Meishan?geo-relat ion o f landscape pattern,similarit y of heritage building,and diversit y o f non-material cultural landscape?.Besides,the distribut io n rule o f cultural heritage scenic spot along commerce,traffic and tradit ional settlements in Meishan Area is further revealed.In Chapter 4,the current s ituat ions about landscape and experience of cultural heritage scenic spot in Meishan are studied.According to on-the-spot invest igat ion and stat ist ical analysis,it conclu des that the local tourism experience consumpt ion need shows a rising tendency.More over,it puts forward the experience planning pattern formed by tea culture experience,farming culture experience,celebrit y culture experience,ancient village culture experience,and religious culture experience according to the tourism planning goal o f Meishan Area.Through analyzing sceneries and landscapes o f various experience theme t ypes and the current situat ions o f experience,this chapter also discovers that the cultural heritage scenic spot in Meishan mainly has two problems:the cultural herita ge landscape is destro yed,and the landscape experience is inferior.Chapter 5,Chapter 6,and Chapter 7 are explo ratory pract ical research.Chapter 5establishes the goal,principle,and overall strategy of experient ial landscape design for cultural herit age scenic spot in Meishan Area.By exploring the experiential landscape design features,co mbining problems and planning characterist ics o f cultural heritage scenic spot in Meishan Area,and integrat ing design concepts like overall planning,dynamic opt im izat ion,part icipat ion in interact ive programs,eco logical sustainable development,etc.,it puts forward the overall strategy o f experient ial landscape design for cultural heritage scenic spot in Meishan Area to develop tourism in coordinat ion,intensify ing the core o f landscape experience,and establishing aesthet ic expressio n o f landscape.In Chapter 6,a study is made o n experient ial landscape design methods for cultural heritage scenic spot in Meishan Area.First ly,the system flow o f experient ial land scape design is established??information gathering–informat ion recording–element organizat ion–planning and design–dynamic optimization??.Secondly,by aiming at construction of historical authenticit y experience,this thesis establishes the design method o f landscape protot ype translat ion.Landscape prototype translat ion covers grass-roots translat ion and deep translat ion.The prototype extract ion source and process o f grass-roots translat ion are explored,and an analysis is made on the co mplex for m o f deep translation,?meta-design?of?historical dimension?and?territorial dimension?,and element,space,and protot ype design of artist ic concept ion in object design.Thirdly,this thesis investigates the specific design methods co mbining landscape construct ion with experience organizat ion according to spat ial dimensio n and experience dimension,and elaborates the specific design methods o f materia l experient ial landscape and non-material experiential landscape.Finally,a discussio n is made on the applicat ion and expansion of GIS techno logy,three-dimensio n techno logy,and stormwater management techno logy in experient ial landscape design.Chapter 7 selects the design pro jects o f Xinhua Bear Mountain Chiyou Cultural Park,Anhua Meishan Cultural Park,and Anhua Meicheng Meishan Ancient Capital as the research objects,to verify the applicabilit y of experient ial landscape design methods in construction o f cultural heritage scenic spot in Meishan Area with practical cases. |
