With the positioning and effectiveness upgrading of the smart grid in the energy system,the distributed energy source(DES)leaded by the clean energy source gains a rapid development in recent years.Besides,the smart micro grid loaded with the distributed energy source and its related energy storage devices has gathered comprehensive attentions worldwide,and is developing towards the regional integration of electric energy source,storage as well as load.Meanwhile,the electric vehicle(EV),as a new type of electric devices,shall be of significant impact to the regional smart micro grid(RSMG)as well as the smart grid with its massive access and complex while stochastic operation characteristics.Therefore,this thesis's research is to analyze and solve the many complex problems brought by the electric vehicles as well as the regional smart micro grid system,and studies the modeling,optimization and synergetic scheduling of their operation,which is of significant meanings in serving and supporting the national major strategic plannings of "13th Five Year Plan" and"Internet+smart energy".This thesis systematically analyzed the complex characteristics and interactive impact of the EV-RSMG system with the access of electric vehicles into the regional smart micro grid,and studies its operation situation together with key problems,and carries out in-depth research to their key modeling theories and optimization methods,providing agent-based and synergetic optimization methodology while proposing EV-RSMG-adaptive agent structure,energy source access layer control method and operation optimization strategy.The proposed modeling and optimization methods shall be of theoretic supporting and solutions to the key problems research in the EV-RSMG system,and the main innovative achievements in this thesis are as follows:1.In order to simulate the RSMG accurately,this thesis,with the vision of complex system,takes the key characteristics of the RSMG system structure,control strategy and energy balance,and studies the operation mechanism as well as the interactive operation of the electric energy generation and storage units within.With the construction of the RSMG-adaptive rule bases of the electric energy generation,storage units,this thesis further proposes the corresponded RSMG agent model and the system dynamics model of the RSMG bus power,achieving the characteristics and interactive operation mapping to the RSMG of different types and scales.2.Considering the massive EVs' demand and impact towards the infrastructure and electricity,this thesis studies the energy supplement methods as well as the operation characteristics of different types of EVs,and constructs the agent model that well reflects the EV characteristics and rules.Meanwhile,this thesis,based on the EV choices of energy supplement methods,constructs the discrete event model that adapts to the interactive operation of the EVs and infrastructure,which shall well simulate the massive access of EVs'impact to the electricity load,infrastructure service ability as well as the EV owners' driving ability.3.In order to achieve the efficient and economic operation,this thesis analyzes the full-life degradation characteristics of the EV battery and proposed the battery operation optimization strategy based on the geometric process theory.Furthermore,this thesis carries out the case simulations towards different operation stategies to verifies the effectiveness of the optimized strategy.4.Considering the steady operation challenges of the EV-RSMG system with the access of the EVs,this thesis carried out comprehensive analysis to the EV-RSMG system operation mechanism,control scales and energy exchange characteristics.With the construction of the EV-RSMG agent model as well as the RSMG bus power system dynamics model,this thesis proposes the adaptive EV charging optimization strategy as well as the synergetic optimization mathematic model,which shall optimize the load control and energy operation of the EV-RSMG system while enhancing its steady operation.5.Aiming at the optimized operation of the main components in the EV-RSMG system,by analyzing the key problems of the wind generation and storage system in the EV-RSMG system,this thesis constructs the agent model and the geometric process model while proposing the adaptive operation optimization strategy.The case simulations based on the proposed strategy verifies the effectiveness and value of the agent and geometric process model in evaluating the operation of the EV RSMG-system.
