As a kind of special public buildings, the railway station is very different from other civil buildings. In recent years, modern railway passenger station have a big difference from the aspects of function and structural system with the previous passenger station. In particular, the structural system of high-speed railway passenger station has the characteristics of complexity and diversity, which causes many factors that affect the economy of structural systems.In the design process of high-speed railway passenger station in China, designers tend to focus on the security and functionality of the structure, and lack of economic considerations. The selection of structure form is always based on experience and designing habit. At present, there are many forms of high-speed railway passenger stations in China, and there is a big difference in the construction cost of different types of station buildings. The value of different design parameters also has great influence on the construction cost of the same form of station structure. Based on the premise of the security and functionality, how to carry out the research on the economy of railway passenger station, and then control the construction cost effectively is a new problem in the process of railway modernization. The current research work has not been carried out in depth.This paper aims at the practical problems which are existing in the design and review work of the structure design of high-speed railway passenger station. On the basis of deconstruction analysis of high-speed railway station building, the economy of railway passenger station and the influence relationship between the design parameters and the construction cost are studied, and the structure of the track layer structure of elevated station building has been studied emphatically, and conclusions are as follows:(1) This paper deconstructed the structure of the high-speed railway station buildings. According to the form, structure and influencing factors, the railway station building modules are divided. Based on the collected samples of railway passenger station, the hierarchy of factors influencing the construction cost are divided by principal component analysis.(2) The paper applied GA-BPNN method to establish the construction cost estimation model of different type of high-speed railway station building. Based on the partition results of the deconstruction analysis and the construction cost estimation model of different types of station buildings, the economy of station buildings was studied. The influence of the main factors on the construction cost of the station building was obtained and the corresponding suggestions were given.(3) Based on the method of GA-BPNN sensitivity analysis, the sensitive factors which affected the cost of the construction of high railway station buildings were analyzed and calculated. The importance of the main sensitive factors was obtained, and the engineering practicability verification was carried out, which could be used to provide reference for the design of the station structure from the economic point of view.(4) The economy of the frame track layer structure was studied by using structural conceptual designing method. The applicable conditions of different forms of the structure and the reference range of engineering quantity under different design parameters are obtained.
