The scale of the collection and distribution facilities on land constraints the rapid increase of container port handling capacity,so how to optimize allocation of scale under the restrictions of economic investment,energy saving and ecological protection has been the research emphasis of planning and design of ports.The scale allocation of the collection and distribution facilities in container port is an optimization problem about complex system.Cellular automaton are used to build simulation model to research the optimal allocation of land scale and capacity of facilities in this paper,which the conclusions of will be reference for the port development and construction in our country.First of all,according to the complex characteristics of container wharf and back-up yard system,cellular automaton are used to set up the simulation models of wharf system and back-up yard based on bottom-up simulation idea.At present,this kind of simulation models mostly be set up based on the deterministic relation,while the influence of the overall system efficiency caused by heterogeneity of collection and distribution vehicles and container monomer are taken into account and operation rules describing the complex uncertain relationship between subsystems of port are set in this paper.After model correction by simulation experiment,scales optimization method of wharf and back-up yard is proposed based on the internal relationship between the land area and through capacity of them.Secondly,an optimization method for port road network capacity is put forward in this paper.Currently,the traditional four stage method is still used to port road traffic prediction.Through the trip chaining analysis of vehicles,the traffic PA distribution model of port is established and the traffic flow of road in port is forecasted based on the transformation method of handling capacity and traffic distribution matrix proposed in this paper and assignment model of multi-users and multi-path.Considering the impact of clamp door,dock and back-up yard node capacity limit on traffic prediction,the traditional four stage method is improved on levels of traffic distribution and traffic assignment.On this basis,the Game Theory is used to analyze the mutual relationship between the port road construction investment and service level,and the optimization model of port road network capacity solved by genetic algorithm is set up.In the end,multi-objective programming optimization model of scale allocation of the collection and distribution facilities on land area of container port is established,and the optimal allocation method for land area and through capacity of wharf,back-up yard and port road is proposed in this paper.What is different from prior studies is that the above three is regarded as a whole and system simulation and multi-objective programming model interactive feedback method is put forward to solve the optimal solution set of scale allocation of them.
