The quality of human life is largely determined by the way we build cities,the populations' density and diversity degree of urban.This dissertation is about human development and urban evolution issue(or purification?),the pivots and hubs for transportation.Nowadays,in the processing construction and development of traffic,the unbalanced development of society,human beings,traffic tools,ecological environment,facilities of transport,and economics results the traffic congestion,serious damage to the ecological environment,resource consumption,and high incidence of accidents,which makes the human life inconvenient,unhealthy,and even unsafe.700800 hours of living on earth(if u can survive that long as 80 years),there takes 32670 hours on congestion and transferring.(simple result calculated by 3 hours waste on road every workday in 45 years).For now,Earth is still the only place human live in.How to catch the balance between the ecological environment and the development of citizen human lives? How can we develop an efficiency,energy saving,economic and ecological traffic?This dissertation is divided in to four parts: Research of status quo part(Chapter 1 and 2).The theoretical analysis part(the chapter 3,chapter 4,the chapter 5).The practical part(chapter 6).The last part is the summary and outlook(the chapter 7).The status of research and discovery,and threatened the degree of deterioration,deterioration of city traffic and ecology are shocking.By researching the nowadays situation,the degree of deterioration,deterioration of city traffic and ecology are shocking.It can not be saved by simply expanding of roads.But by changing the public transport to change the way of urban residents' travel.Under the premise of maintaining the ecological nature and even the restoration of land use,how to optimize the traffic structure has become the problem that must be solved now.Through theoretical research,the paper analyzes the concept of eco city and the critical understanding of the concept of ecological city.The starting points of its ecology and the human-oriented ecological pursuit have been summarized.The concept of Smart Node was proposed by Professor Paolo V.Genovese,a professor of architecture at the Tianjin University School of architecture.Through the study and inheritance,the article makes a research on the traffic connecting point of the world by the way of traffic connection of different transportation modes.The research range of this dissertation is to establish a theoretical framework for the Smart Node in the ecological area of the city scale,in other words,the ecological traffic system of intelligent pivots.In this dissertation,based on the analysis of the Smart Node according to the service radius,service capacity and timeless services,Smart Node is divided into four levels from top to bottom: External Smart Node;Central Smart Node;Group Smart Node and Area Smart Node.Theoretical analysis focuses on some of the researches and the status quos over the world.By using the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,to establish an evaluation system with factors in hierarchical layers.The first lay of criteria includes the Ecological factors,social factors and economic factors.13 types of factors of ecological environment are summed up,such as topography and geology,natural disasters and human disasters,ecological footprint,air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution,noise pollution,garbage disposal,water resources,green forest,land use,etc.A number of social factors such as travel demand of work,tourism,daily life,and evacuation area.Economic factors including service area,rail or road length,traffic infrastructure strength,both sites,the construction and the existing traffic routes,private cars owner rate,technical support and other.Using the two two comparison method to establish the structure of the Judgment Matrix in layers,then invited the experts to score for factors,using the method to calculate the weights of factors in hierarchical structure established before.Which generate the evaluation system with scientific support,and organic,and integration.This dissertation aims at using the evaluation system of Smart Node to evaluate the ecological suitability of land.The operation practice of the evaluation system is practical in chapter 6.Selecting under the analysis chooses up one of the most ecological city standard fit one: Singapore.Considering the aim of the allocation of the Smart Node,analyzes its index system,and through two two comparison method and expert scoring method to calculate the weight of evaluation system of factors in.Using Arc GIS software to overlay layers of data maps with weights,which is in order to get the position of construction suitability of intelligent node data map.To generate the suggestion of suitability position for Smart Node with data map.Through the practice chapter,methodology and logic have been tested,according to the software land suitability calculation map results distribution of the four levels of the Smart Node system.This result is calculated according to the real data map obtained by superposition.It is different from previous traffic planning relying on the experts' opinion and the experiences of different planning planners.The results of this dissertation are more scientific and more data supported,make the results more ecologically oriented.Since the construction of system and method makes the results more logical,and the system of "domino" features also makes the results more integrity and consistency.As what Richard Register,the pioneer expert of Eco-city,started decades ago,a fantasy map is proposed here,today.This research is the trial for a healthier,more ecology,harmonious,in short,better world in the future.
