High-speed EMUs is a complicated huge system,which integrates with high power equipment,network communication equipment and signal control equipment.Diversification of formation mechanism of EMUs electromagnetic interference(EMI)source results in the EMI source device could become sensitive device under certain conditions and vice versa.The high-speed EMUs are powered by distributed power traction.Because of the limited space,the installation and wiring of on-board electrical and electronic equipment are intensive.Consequently,the transmission approaches and coupling mechanism of electromagnetic disturbance are of great complexity.EMUs electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)analysis based on device level cannot satisfy the requirement for EMUs system level EMC analysis.Due to the wring of EMUs is complex,the EMI fault caused by cables crosstalk appeared frequently.However the per unit length parameters are hard to extract by using multiple conductor transmission line(MTL)method.The crosstalk fault cannot analyzed accurately.Thus,the system level EMC analysis method with flexibility and extendibility should be researched,and A new cable crosstalk modeling method should be proposed for using in engineering.Theoretical analysis,simulation modeling and experimental verification are used to solve these problems in the thesis.Based on the three key elements of EMC,the thesis focused on the research of predicting modeling method of EMC and its application for EMUs.The research content and the main innovations of the thesis are as follows,(1)An object-oriented modular EMC prediction modeling method for complex system is proposed.Based on the three key elements of EMC,object-oriented technology and modular modeling method are introduced to extract object and module for predicting EMC of complex system.The modeling method only concerns about the correlation between modules and ignore the module inner characters.Each module could be used to solve the simple issues.Thus,the system level EMC predicting process can be simplified and the flexibility and extendibility of the model can be increased.(2)A method for calculating distribution parameter extracted a mixed-potential integral equation formulation is proposed.Based on that,calculation method of electromagnetic transfer function is put forwarded.Different from MTL model,the cables crosstalk model is constructed based on electromagnetic transfer function.By using different type Green's function,the model can analyze crosstalk issues with different wiring locations.Thus,the method can solve the problem of distribution parameter extraction in complex environment.It unitizes the cables crosstalk modeling method for complex system.Results by the proposed cable crosstalk model are validated by measurement.The maximum error was less than 2dB.(3)By using EMUs cables crosstalk model,EMI fault caused by crosstalk of power line and Profibus connect with ATP and DMI is analyzed,and then,the model is used to predict cables arrangement at the bottom of the China standardized EMUs.The better wring scheme is proposed based on EMC optimization.The theory model used in engineering application become real.In conclusion,the object-oriented modular EMC prediction modeling method is easy to implementation and application.It can support method for EMUs EMC predictive analysis.The EMUs cable crosstalk model can be the theory foundation and research method for solving engineering problem.
