Chapter IIn the first section,in the development of complex molecules in recent years,the dearomatization of aromatic compounds has made very excellent progress.Dearomatization reaction of aromatic compounds and heterocyclic compounds is widely used in the synthesis of complex bioactive compounds and pharmaceuticals.It goes beyond a series of traditional methods that require stoichiometric metals such as oxidation,electrophilic alkylation and cycloaddition reactions.However,the dearomatization reaction which requires only a catalytic amount of transition metal has become a more attractive method.At the same time,the decarboxylation coupling method has also become a very effective method for constructing C-C bonds and C-heteroatom bonds.It is also more and more widely used to develop different decarboxylation reagents and to complete decarboxylation by different transition metals.Here,we summarize the development and the latest research results of the dearomatization reaction and decarboxylation coupling reaction.The second section,the efficient and economical structure of the unique structure of the imide compound molecular structure of organic synthesis and biology is an important goal.Over the past few decades,many outstanding work and contributions have been devoted to discover organic synthetic multi-component reactions involving isocyanides.Isonitriles are valuable for C1building blocks under the transition-metal catalysis of isonitriles.Its isotacticity with carbon monoxide,ease of handling and good reactivity make them more flexible in applications.At the same time,acyl migration strategy plays an important role in the synthesis of amino acids,amides,peptides and in the past few years people gradually paid much attention.Therefore,we summarize recent advances involving isonitriles in organic synthesis reactions.The third section,polyfluorinated aryl is a kind of unique fluorinated compounds;they have important applications in materials and life sciences.In many natural products,active pharmaceuticals and functional material molecules,polyfluoro-substituted aryl compounds have a decisive effect on their properties due to their unique properties.However,because of its special nature,it is not easy to prepare,so the fluorination of aryl groups is also a challenge in organic synthesis.In this section,we summarize the hottest research results of multifunctional reactions of polyfluorinated aryl compounds.Chapter IIUsing the alkynyl carboxylic acids decarboxylation coupling as the terminal reagent,based on the classical dearomatization reaction,through the key indole intramolecular Heck reaction process,we have achieved a series of tetracyclic and tetrasubstituted indoline scaffolds.This novel method not only has short reaction time,simple operation and wide range of substrate applications,but also in a satisfactory and diastereoselectivity.At the same time,this reaction system could be scaled to gram quantities also has a great potential for industrialization.Chapter IIIIsonitriles have the same properties as carbon monoxide,while isocyani des are easier to handle,more diversity points and more flexible.The reaction is reacted by a palladium-catalyzed intramolecular acyl transfer strategy by insertion of an isonitrile compound between C-O bonds to yield imide derivatives.The use of simple and the readily available t allyl ester as raw material,in mild conditions can get better yield.This strategy also has important applications in the synthesis of amino acids,bisamides and peptides.Chapter IVDue to the wide range of applications of fluorinated compounds in biochemical and multifunctional materials,polyfluorinated aryl compounds have a significant place in many disciplines.Using a series of polyfluoroarene and oxime ether compounds with terminal double bonds as starting materials,we achieved a series of pyrrole products of polyfluoroarene through a tandem Narasaka-Heck process and intramolecular self C-H activation/functionalization.
