This paper relies on national science and technology major project " Demonstration Project of Mid-deep Heavy oil Development in Liaohe Depression in Bohai bay Basin" and Liaoning industrial breakthrough and achievement industrialization project " Research on the key Technology of Truck-mounted Steam Drive High Temperature Snubbing Unit".For the existing problems of high temperature snubbing service,this paper researched on the key technology of integration high temperature snubbing unit.The main research content are as follows:(1)We have overall layout,and integrates all the capabilities required by high temperature snubbing service.Combining with truck-mounted,we achieves overall structure design of integrated equipment.According to the environmental conditions and the technology requirements of high temperature snubbing service,this project carries out the simulated analysis of the operation platform of the main bearing part,the main body turning process and the force condition of derrick system.And then we determine the safety and rationality of the overall design of the equipment.(2)According to the characteristics of high temperature snubbing service,based on the structure design of high temperature blowout prevention system,the projects performs the simulation analysis of the shell,and arrives at the reasonable design to meet the requirements of field work and industry standards.Performing the simulation analysis of high temperature blowout prevention system's string cooling process by Fluent,we determines the cooling strategy of the high temperature string is combined with the two cooling methods of inside casing and outside casing.(3)According to the needs of the fast and accurate installation of the equipment,the project designs the wellhead docking system which including two parts,derrick translation system and wellhead lifting system.Performing the simulation analysis of support shaft strength of derrick translation system's critical component and derrick contact stress,we make sure that derrick translation system designs safety and meets field requirements.At the same time,this paper analyzes wellhead lifting system,and pointed out that the system has the function of quick replace packing unit in the process of operating.(4)Based on the overall structural design of forced tripping system with hydraulic motor drive and chain transmission,this paper performs the simulation analysis of gear pair's force condition in chain transmission system.We obtains chain pair's stress,strain and total deformation,and makes simulated analysis to chain plate's fatigue life.We carry out topological structure optimization to elevator.We also make design of self-locking mechanisms to slips,and perform the simulation analysis of elevator system's strength & fatigue and slips strength.(5)Based on the principle of the hydraulic control system,we establish the mathematical model,and perform the simulation analysis of hydraulic control system's dynamic performance.The dynamic performance of the system is improved by adding integral part and proportional part which optimize and adjust the system.(6)This project combines technology and equipment.It improves efficiency through shortening process time by technology improvement.Under the premise that does not affect efficiency,we improve the safety through equipment process improvement.We develop a new safety and efficient high temperature snubbing service process program,including casing plugging,equipment installation and tripping operation.We verify the feasibility of high temperature snubbing service technology by analysis and experiment.
