This work consists of three major parts:The second chapter of the thesis is a Re2O7 catalyzed cycloetherification of monoallylic diols.We resoundingly developed an intramolecular cycloetherification reaction employing the monoallylic diols after the evalution of catalyst,optimization of the reaction conditions and investigation of substrate scope.The third chapter of the thesis is highly enantioselective 3-exo iodo-cycloetherification of allyl alcohols were described by employing a novel chiral ion-pair organocatalyst composed of chiral phosphate and DABCO-derived quaternary ammonium.Based on this reaction,a one-pot asymmetric 3-exo iodo-cycloetherification/Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement reaction en route to enantioenriched 2-iodomethyl-2-aryl cycloalkanones is subsequently developed.With the participation of iodine,Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement proceeds with unusual retention of configuration.The fourth chapter of the thesis is the first time to asymmetric synthesis of Conolutinine alkaloids.The asymmetry of bromine chiral phosphoric acid catalyzed cyclization reaction of tryptamine chiral pyrrole and indole derivatives skeleton,has a large number of an advanced intermediates.
