| Filling is the most effective and safe method for the treatment of dental caries.The filling operation can achieve satisfactory clinical effect is influenced by many factors,such as the clinical experience of patients,operation specification,dental caries and tooth defect occurs,the damage of the teeth,patients with oral environment characteristics and properties of filling material etc..At present,how to improve the performance of the filling material is the focus of the world.Ideal filling material,not only has good physical properties,can bear enough masticatory pressure and friction;and have stable chemical properties,in dentistry is not easy to be dissolved,degradation and corrosion;also should have good biocompatibility,safe for patients and patients.For a long time,in order to make the filling material can achieve good clinical and long-term effect in the treatment of dental caries and tooth defect repair,people have been working hard to improve and search for better filling materials.The performance of composite resin dental starting from improving,synthesis and properties of novel focuses on resin matrix composite resin matrix,through the design and synthesis of two novel high performance and low viscosity,and its structure and properties and toxicity were studied in detail.First,using the aldol condensation reaction,the four-methyl bisphenol F compound was synthesized,and the product was reacted with epichlorohydrin to obtain the F type epoxy resin of four methyl bisphenol.Then the epoxy resin was reacted with acrylic acid to synthesize a new type of composite resin monomer-four-methyl bisphenol F-type acrylate.Mixed with Bis-GMA according to different proportions,the best ratio of composite resin system.Second.A new type of polymer containing fluorine,methyl methacrylate,was designed and synthesized.The relationship between the structure and the properties of the copolymer was studied.The biological toxicity of the copolymer was studied.The results showed that the molecular weight of the new type of polymer containing three methyl fluoride was studied in this paper.Mixed with Bis-GMA according to different proportions,the best ratio of composite resin system.Third.The effects of different concentrations of TEGDMA on the properties and toxicity of the new type of composite resins were analyzed.The best formula was selected by.Novel composite resin matrix is expected to be an alternative substrate for Bis-GMA.Through the study we get the following conclusions:1 TMBPF-Ac and Bis-GMA were mixed in different proportions as the matrix components of the composite resin system.The study found that the freezing point(Fp)and viscosity(ν)decreased along with the increase of TMBPF-Ac in the component content.And the Fp and ν of diluted curing systems were significantly decreased.The double bond conversion rate(DC)of the composite resin in each group was increased with the extension of the illumination time.When the light was 40 ~ 60 s,the change of DC value tended to be stable.The DC value of TMBPFAc group was the highest,and TMBPF-Ac group also had the best performance in polymerization shrinkage,mechanics,water solubility and water absorption.2 3F-PAc and Bis-GMA were mixed in different proportions as the matrix components of the composite resin curing system.The study found that the freezing point(Fp)and viscosity(ν)decreased along with the increase of 3F-PAc in the component content.And the Fp and ν of diluted curing systems were significantly decreased.The double bond conversion rate(DC)of the composite resin in each group was increased with the extension of the illumination time.When the lighting time was 40 ~ 60 s,the change of DC value tended to be stable.The DC value of 3F-PAc group was the highest,and 3F-PAc group also had the best performance in polymerization shrinkage,mechanics,water solubility and water absorption.3 Study of TEGDMA effect on the performance of the new composite resin curing system were found,ν-value decreased with the decrease of TEGDMA content in the system.The overall performance of 3F-PAc based composite resin is better than that of TMBPF-Ac based composite resin,and the resin composite system shows the best comprehensive performance when the mass ratio of diluent is 9:1.The two new composite resins have the advantages of low viscosity,low polymerization shrinkage,high mechanical properties,and safe and no cell toxicity.4 The properties and biocompatibility of the TMBPF-Ac and 3F-PAc of the new type of composite resin matrix were up to ISO 4009:2013 and ISO 10993-5:2013 standard in two.It has the advantages of low viscosity,low polymerization shrinkage,strong mechanical properties,safety and no cell toxicity.In the case of reducing the dosage of TEGDMA and even without diluent,they can still exhibit excellent mechanical properties. |
