Coinage metals catalysts, such as copper, silver and goldcatalysts possess the π-Lewis acidity to coordinate with C-C multiple bonds and σ-electrophilicity to coordinate with heteroatoms.Over the past decades, the copper-chemistry and gold-chemistry have been well studied. However, the silver-chemistry is becoming an important research field in organic chemistry because of the unique properties of silver salts.During last years,we have have carried out series of research work in silver-catalyzed reactions and got many important results. In this thesis,we mainly carried out two research work, including:A.We described an unprecedented silver-catalyzed cascade reaction of propargylicalcohols with tosylmethyl isocyanide(TosMIC).This transformation bears a widely scope of the substrates,it provided an efficient strategy for the synthesis of(E)-vinyl sulfones.TosMIC plays a dualrole as both the reactant in the allenylation of propargylic alcohols and the sulfonyl source in this transformation.B.We developed the first cyclization reaction of vinyl azides withl-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles.Rh/Ag binary metal catalyst system was necessary for this transformation. We successfully synthesized series of pyrroles and 2H-pyrazines by changing the structure of vinyl azides. And the reactions bears awide substrate scope, good functional group tolerance, and they could afford the desired product in good-to excellent yields.
