Mine informationization is booming. It is necessary and ineluctable for development of mining industry in our country to optimize structure of production & operations management and improve the level of production technology and innovation capability with information technology. Mine informationization has brand new opportunities from digital mine and smart mine theories, gaining supports because of improvement of spatial information, data management, visualization and AI, challenged by integration management for enormous data and applications.The shortage of an unified planning and design and insufficient fundamental environment of mine data resource is one of the most common problems in mine informationization of our country, which leads to information islands of different departments and gaps among different levels of the same department, affecting information sharing and communication.Therefore, starting with analyzing mine production data, "construction and application of mine production data integration system"is chosen to be the major object of this paper to discuss. An architecture and construction strategies of mine information integration system based on data integration process are presented referring to research results of enterprise information system architecture at home and abroad. With semantic knowledge of ontology and agent-oriented development method, a data-information-knowledge-intelligence integration and sharing environment is built on this basis to implement both everyday and historical mine production organization management. The main research topics include as follows:1. To study on mine information integration system architecture and construction method: In the light of significances and meaning of mine information integration system, aiming at designing a architecture of mine fundamental data that is able to communicate and share data across different departments and management levels,4D (four dimensions) pyramid architecture and construction strategies of mine information integration system is presented relating to four aspects of business, information flow, data integration and technical levels. Bidirectional pyramid slices development approach is put forward, which is business-oriented and spirally integrated from bottom to top, completely built information flow functions and technical levels.2. To research on mine production department data integration system. There are the following three key issues needing to be settled.(1) According to mine information integration system architecture, applying the organizational method of ontology spectrum, the semantic cognitive meanings of mine production ontologies are analyzed and isomorphism semantic models are established after understanding significance and key issues of mine production data integration.And then accumulation and sharing measures are argued for multisource heterogeneous production spatial data.(2) In view of the above, mine production transaction platform is built to manage mine multisource heterogeneous production data with the method of Agent-Oriented Software Engineering(AOSE), which formulates detailed rules of systems targets and functions at each stage.(3) Based on mine production transaction platform, mine production decision platform, a data integration environment, is built to manage deep information and knowledge, achieving the conversion process from data to information to knowledge to intelligence. Compared with transaction platform, the same development methods of AOSE are still applied to model internal functions of mine production decision-level platform.3. To show an application case of underground metal mine production data integration system. According to production requirements and data from Xiaotieshan copper mine of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Incorporated Company, the mine production data integration system is developed under a combined framework of C/S and B/S, building data integration and sharing environment from operation level to decision making level and to departmental level within a unitive space-time framework, implementing accessible sharing and communication information across different departments and levels of mine.The architecture and development strategies of mine multi-dimensional information integration system presented in this paper reflect the purposes and principles of unified planning and design; and the semantic organizational method of mine production based on ontology spectrum and isomorphism semantic model researched in this paper is better solution for multi-source heterogeneous data integration. And the requirement analysis of mine information system with agent-oriented technique discussed in this paper is helpful for intelligent construction of transaction level and decision-making level platforms. All of them resolve effectively the problems of information gap and island of mine enterprises, providing a powerful support for smart mine in our country. The application integration system of mine production data established in this paper is simple and user-friendly, which is easy for different managers and engineering technicians to operate. |
