Sensitivity testing has been used in industries and bioassays. In statistics, this study belongs to the field of design planning and data analysis based on the incomplete observations, which is very important. The classical sensitivity testing is studied for the problem with binary response data. However,in industries and bioassays, the following problems are very common:the problems with multi-type responses and the problems with operating window. In literature, the works for these problems are very rare.In this paper, the first chapter introduces some classical sensitivity testing proce-dures.In the second chapter, some procedures for binary responses data are compared using simulation studies. This paper also provides a modification for 3pod procedure,3podM.The third chapter of this paper proposes a skewed version of RMJ procedure for binary data, and studies the convergence of the skewed version of RMJ.The simulation to compare the performance of new procedure is also given in this chapter. In next chapter,a two-phase optimal sequential design is proposed for the problems with multi-type responses. The convergence about the new procedure is also given in this chapter. The simulation and real data application about this two-phase optimal sequential design is performed. In the last chapter,RMJ procedure is extended for the problems of operating window. This paper illustrates the performance of new procedure to estimate the operating window using simulation studies.
