The building of quantum network is of great importance to the development of long distance quantum communication and distributed quantum computation. It mainly con-sists of quantum nodes and quantum channel, and quantum nodes work for processing and storage of quantum information and quantum channel works for the transmission of quantum information. However, quantum network built with single quantum system as the quantum nodes always not only inherits its merits, but also inherits its defects. To combine the merits and avert the defects, the hybrid quantum network built with vari-ous physical system as quantum nodes has got more and more attention and research.Due to the different working wavelengths of various physical systems, it brings great difficulties for the quantum channel to transmit quantum information. Because the pho-ton is quite insensitive to the environment, the building of a perfect photonic quantum channel is very meaningful for the development of hybrid quantum network. The main works of this thesis are listed below:1.A conjoined double-cavity (CDC) structure is designed and realized in exper-iment. And it's used to generate the nondegenerate narrow-band photon pair source, of which the central frequencies and bandwidths can separately match the ion trap system and rare earth-doped solid state quantum memory precisely.By some measurements of its quality, it shows this source can be worked as a good photonic quantum channel interfacing two different physical systems.2. With the help of the CDC structure, the nondegenerate narrow-band photon pair source is firstly generated in experiment. It can combine the merits of central fre-quencies and bandwidths compatible with various physical system and the merit of ability the entangles the various physical systems. The features of this source show it can be a perfect photonic quantum channel. Meanwhile, it will take a big step for the development of building of a larger hybrid quantum network.
