Rice is a model system in crop genome research.Early work in rice genomic research focused on genetic variation underlying important agronomic traits.The advent and application of high-through sequencing technology,together with high-quality reference genome sequences,facilitates the research focusing on various steps in the flow of genetic information from genotype to phenotype,including DNA variations,DNA methylation,histone methylation,DNA interacting with proteins,gene expression and so on.This thesis descripts the analysis for large amount data of various types for different purpose,including:1)dissection of genetic basis underlying good performance.of TYHZ,SNP/InDel seeking and identification 1318,3918 and 3890 candidate genes with complementary effect between parents of HZ/TF,HZ/RY and TF/RY,resequencing of 120 recombinant inbreed lines,construction of bin map and QTL analysis of 17 traits associated with plant shape?yield and resistance;2)Using "straw rice" with much more tilers caused by mutation in DNA mismatch repair system as material,conducted DNA-reseq,BS-seq,CHIP-seq and RNA-seq,identified 43?434?301 and 1881 genes whose DNA mutation frequency,DNA methylation level change,binding with H3 affected by H3K27ME3,expression level kept consistency with phenotype change.
