Research On The Regional Cooperation Mode In Agricultural Roduct Processing Industry Between Yunnan And The ASEAN

Since the beginning of the new century, agricultural product processing industry in Yunnan has witnessed a strong development with many highlights. With comprehensive analysis, agricultural product processing industry in Yunnan will remain in a period of strategic opportunities from now to year2020even longer. That means:the agricultural industry development transferring from north to south and east as well as central area in a gradient process has remained its powerful momentum; the grand economic trade cycle of China and south Asia, China and Southeast Asia has gradually come into being and has developed in a fast speed. From the history point of view, the industrial transfer from east, central to west area in a gradient order promoted the agricultural product processing industry in Yunnan a double-digit growth rate in recent years. From the current reality point of view, the bridgehead strategy created a new platform and good environment for Yunnan to develop its agricultural product industry. From the long term point of view, the platform has a solid foundation and a good prospect.For the purpose of promoting the development of regional economy more effective and practical, it’s necessary to further refine the mode and strategy of regional cooperation according to the variety of type to make it more concrete and targeting. In the premise of construction of the bridgehead, it’s necessary to have further research on the issue of regional cooperation between Yunnan Province and ASEAN such as the mode etc.Through Economic theory, This dissertation firstly analyses the possibility and feasibility of the trading transfer among the main agricultural processing product trading partners of the regional cooperation in the agricultural product processing industry in Yunnan and ASEAN; analyses the agricultural processed product import&export status of Yunnan Province, China and ASEAN; built fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the joint development of the growth curve model,analyses the necessity and Cooperative ability of the agricultural product processing industry in Yunnan-ASEAN regional cooperation. Compares comprehensively the basic aspects of Yunnan and ASEAN such as the natural resources, labor resources and technical support; demonstrates the practical and potential positive influence on Yunnan and ASEAN by implementing the bridge strategy.Secondly, From the point of view of industry, enterprises and the regional cooperation of countries, defines the regional cooperation mode in agricultural product processing industry between Yunnan Province and ASEAN.through the analyses the Influence factors and the advantages in the regional cooperation, Establishes Yunnan-ASEAN agricultural products processing industry regional cooperation cluster, enterprises strategic alliance and the regional cooperation mode. Thirdly, the dissertation illustrates and states how to make the mode into reality by structuring a systematic model of the regional cooperation in the agricultural product processing industry between Yunnan and ASEAN, setting up a state equation, and analyzing the roles of different subsystems under the whole systematic model. As a whole, this chapter scientifically raises the guarantee and route to make the main modes into reality with structuring the policy system, promoting the industry development, creating a supporting platform and enforce the power of enterprises four aspects as the breakthrough points. Finally, it made a positive outlook for the agricultural product processing industry in Yunnan and ASEAN regional cooperation.
