Culture selection of course content in the traditional vision of "curriculum development" is a question of "choose what", but in the vision of "course understanding","the effect of the release " must be considered meanwhile, which is an interaction of curriculum and instruction, and the educational culture ecology generated by the interaction. This is the basic assumption of the research.From the external environment, the conflict and integration between civilizations is becoming increasingly important. Our current development and cultural environment made us to think about meeting of different cultures, inheriting traditional culture as well as the responsibilities for world of the Chinese culture. This is the background of our whole problem. In this context, cultural heritage should go beyond the level of knowledge, cultural creation has to consider the possibility of human creativity and cultural interaction.From the interaction of people and cultures, people and people, the "cultural selection" in this study discussion includes not only the static "course" cultural choice in Taylor Principle, but also the "Teaching culture" which is significant to students in teaching process, as well as the cultural influence of interaction to the students. Static "organizational cultural" refers to contents, while the latter refers to dynamic "release of culture",these are two layers this research focused, which is also the framework of history combing.By combing the social culture, curriculum culture and teaching culture in pre-Qin, Qin and Han dynasties, and since Modern social, we can draw some inspiration. The situation of social cultural development play important role in guiding on the culture select course content. In the course of history, Culture of teaching and course content cultural organization showing increasingly isolated state, thus a cultural choice questions is more than "well selected", On one hand, we should maintain the vitality of the cultural dimension of thought, on the other hand, interaction and release in teaching activities should also be concerned about.Throughout history, politics is the first foothold of cultural choice, this is actually the perspective of a " relationship", because certain kind of good politics is a good definition of a good relationship, the idea about" look back " of pre-Qin philosophers is to find a good relationship to transform from Zhou.And the current cultural situation requires us to replace a good idea, when we can not ensure the continuous exist of individual and the nation through defining a good relationship, we must create a unprecedented "good relationship by good (more powerful) individuals.Therefore, the present choice must consider the two logical premises of "relationship" and individual". We regard teaching habits and behavior which belong to the content of teaching culture as a subject of cultural existence, as one of the course content in the form of culture, it’s the return and transcendence. Since the Qin Dynasty is this simple state, people’s lives, thoughts, behaviors integrated, learning and life, survival and create highly united, fractured culture of" be a man " and " go to school " has needs of gradual integration and space in new lever.Teaching Materials is an important course content, teaching and cultural awareness for the moment is the "mirrored" way of thinking, pursuing rational proportion value. Language education in primary stage of basic education, adult’s will intervened excessively and take teaching culture as a theoretical derivation step by step, so that over positioned their educational value. This is the transgression of thinking, we need to divide "theory of mind" and "engineering thinking" boundaries, materials selection need perspective of engineering thinking, taking various factors into account, take integration of more complex and valuable cultural and culture creation instead of process education into simple theoretical problem.Separation of curriculum and teaching is an issue since modern times. Educational culture itself must be continuous more than an unbroken "meaning chain", which needs to provide explanations for the behaviors within the field of education. A fractured or heterogeneous educational culture is not sufficient to explain the effect. This succession is dynamic and interactive which generate new educational meaning in the interactive mechanisms in curriculum and teaching, which reflects the people’s freedom of "what to do". By virtue of Dewey’s "Experience course" and Weade’s "curriculum instruction", we can see the direction of development of education and culture, from physical to relationship, from symbolic to life, from spiritual to cultural, from passing to construction, from closed to open.
