Career counseling originated in the end of the19th century, there have been one hundred years of history in western countries. It originated in the United States, Britain and other countries, and the United States as a representative of the western countries.The rapid development of economy accelerated the vocational differentitation. A long with the economic cycle fluctuation intensifies, unemployment and employment problems become the focus of attention of the whole society, career counseling arises at the historic moment and to prosperity and development.In the severe employment situation and the urgent need to improve college students’ comprehensive quality to meet the future under the background of life, many domestic universities pay more and more attention to college students’ career counseling curriculum development and implementation, but the career counseling courses in the field of practice are not satisfactory. More focus on the main form of lectures, courses and technical strategies.This study based on the local situation, and strive to inheritance and reference, discuss about the course objectives, content, implementation and evaluation, in order to broaden the scope of the research in the field.Looking back to the history of university career counseling development from the beginning of twenty century, the western career counseling concept of development and evolution can be divided into three main stages:respectively is vocational guidance stage from the beginning of twenty century to1950s; Vocational guidance transforms to career counseling stage in1950s-1960s; The career counseling education stage from1970s to the present day. The three phase is related and the successive sublimation. In the career development theory, the choice of theory, development theory and decision theory provides the theoretical basis for the career counseling. Through the career education international experience analysis, how to reflect on the localization of Chinese professional career education, adhere to the "developmental instruction" goal lead, the establishment of professional career guidance teachers, pay attention to network technology to the development of career counseling effect has the important enlightenment.According to some research the university to carry out the career counseling work appeared two peak period:2003years ago was the first peak period, the second peak appeared in2007and2008. The author thinks that from2009until now is the third peak. The three peak appears at that time and the current domestic and international politics, economy, culture and education situation are inseparable. In recent years, our country college career education has made some achievements and progress, but in the curriculum there are still many deficiencies and disadvantages. Along with the economic system transition and the constant deepening of reform, the main form of the employment of college graduates has transformed, how to adapt to this change and have a definite object in view in the development of career counseling is important task for higher education reform and cultivate innovative talents.Concept is the favorable support for curriculum development process. College career counseling curriculum are a lot of the ideas of comprehensive. This article from humanistic education concept, vocational education concept, incentive education concept, lifelong education idea four aspects to explore and analyse college career counseling idea.Try to under the guidance of the concept, architecture objective system for teachers and students with clear course vision, and clear their responsibility and mission.Course content is the embodiment of the course objectives.This dissertation discussed the college career counseling curriculum selection basis and the corresponding principles. In the course content construction, this dissertation discussed and analysised professional and academic, career planning, employment education three aspects.The curriculum implementation is the key link of realizing the goal of cultivating. Classroom learning is the main study form college career education courses of our country.,The importance of the practice process has not been paid enough attention to the curriculum implementation. The implementation of the course include the increase of career education theory research; explore diversified teaching methods; improve the elasticity of the integration of school curriculum management system;perfect course practice security facilities. Professional and efficient construction of teachers’ team and build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system. In the course of the implementation of the strategy, including both teachers and students to participate in strategy, experience learning strategy, practice learning strategy, cooperative learning strategy and scene education strategy.The main way of career education curriculum evaluation is test at present domestic university. The one-off summative evaluation to the career education curriculum development, in the end of the course for the student to carry on the test essence is split the teaching and evaluation process. Students have been in evaluation of position can’t play the individual self evaluation and interaction evaluation function and effect. This does not favor the student main body consciousness training, the students can’t deep self exploration and mining and play to their potential. And evaluation incentive, feedback function in the final exam also cannot be reflected. This paper argues that college career education curriculum evaluation should focus on students development, emphasis on building clear evaluation target, multidimensional evaluation mode, multiple evaluation as the main body of the curriculum evaluation system.In this paper we discussed the career education curriculum evaluation purpose, evaluation principles and evaluation method.
