The Research On Social Management Thoughts From The Perspective Of The Marxism

With the development of economic globalization and informationization, the countries are engaged in the innovation of social management. In China, along with the continuously penetrating process of our reform and opening-up policy and the gradual improvement of socialist market economy system, the society has undergone profound social transformation. The diversified trend of social structure, social mechanism and social concepts took shape and the diversification of the social groups emerged.Thus objectively, the expression and appeal of diversified interest groups need the innovation of the government social management. The18th CPC National Congress put forward the policy that a comprehensive well-off society will be built in2020which demands the innovation of the social management. The social management innovation consists of the innovation of concept, the system and the technology. Social management innovation needs the guidance of scientific theory. Marxist philosophy is scientific world outlook and methodology which puts forward plentiful managerial theory. The direct theoretical source of Marxism social management thoughts originates from the general law of development of human society and the thoughts of "the masses are the creator of history".The fundamental theory of Marxism social management thoughts is the theory on human nature by Marx. In this dissertation, the unified thought of logic and history will be applied in the carding analysis of the theory and practice of human society management, the concepts of social management in the East and West, the summary of general social management. Based on the concept of social management, this dissertation will card the Marxism social management thoughts. The main body of social management presents the changing trend between states and societies. The object of social management presents the changing trend between social public affairs and political public affairsIn Chapter Three, it is on Marxism social management thoughts which includes Marx and Engels’s social management thoughts, Lenin’s social management thought, Stalin’s social management thoughts, Mao Zedong’s social management thoughts, Deng Xiaoping’s social management thoughts, Jiang Zemin’s social management thoughts and Hu Jintao’s social management thoughts.Lenin’s, Stalin’s and Mao Zedong’s, Deng Xiaoping’s, Jiang Zemin’s and Hu Jintao’s social management thoughts are the inheritance and development of Marxism social management which come down in one continuous line.
