Expression And Clinical Significance Of γ-H2AX And Ki67 Proteins In Lung Adenocarcinoma

Lung cancer is the most common tumor worldwild. A total of43patients with lung adenocarcinoma underwent surgical resection from Feb2009to Nov2009were included. Expression of γ-H2AX and Ki67in tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between γ-H2AX and Ki67expression and patients’character, age, TNM staging, pathology, tumor size and lymphatic metastasis were evaluated. There was no difference between The expression of γ-H2AX and patients’character, age, pathology, tumor size and lymphatic metastasis. And there was also no difference between The expression of Ki67and patients’character, age, TNM staging, pathology, tumor size and lymphatic metastasis.
