Research On Sereening And Evaluation Of Safety Management Economic Incentive Method

Economic incentive is one of the important methods to create security benefit. The main contents of the current security economics for the losses caused by the accident as well as the relationship of the input and output of enterprise security, and the practical application of specific research was paid less attention, lack of relevance. To solve this problem, the paper mainly uses a combination methods of literature search, theoretical analysis and site investigation, research and analysis the existing economic incentives methods of safety management, to screen out the the method with further research value, and research the theoretical basis, action principle, operation process of the screened methods, to assess its safety managementeffect, analyse its problems, give a solution and research its sustainability and practicality. By analyzing China’s coal production enterprises existing economic incentives methods of safety management, based on positive incentives and negative incentives principle, and itself factors and social factors of the method, obtain that the "double-base" assessment,"safety partners","safety stock" and "hidden trouble trade" economic incentives methods of safety management have the value for further scientific research and assessment.
