Research On The Mechanism Of Impetus To Enterprise Growth Of Corn Deep Processing Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology, the continuous innovation of technology, the increasingly fierce market competition lead to the external environment of the corn deep processing industry more turbulent, more complex, and more difficult to identify,So the severe test and challenge to the survival and development of corn deep processing enterprise was put forward.While enterprise growth is a complex process, which is affected by internal and external dynamic factors of enterprises.So this dissertation starts begin the history of the development in the corn deep processing industry, analyzes scientifically the internal and external dynamic elements which promotes the growth of corn deep processing enterprises,dissects the forming process and the mechanism of the internal, external dynamic elements, and it is particularly important to promote its sound development.Firstly,the dissertation analyzes the condition for growth and characteristics of growth based on conclusion of the enterprise growth theory, combined with on-the-spot investigation in the corn deep processing enterprises. Secondly,based on the conclusion.internal and external dynamic elements is promoted.So in the dissertation the process and mechanism of internal and external dynamic elements is researched on dissipative structure theory and synergy theory. Then,174valid questionnaires are received on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey, which is from the corn deep processing in Jilin Province,Heilongjiang Province,Shandong Province and Henan Province by applying SPSS statistics software and AMOS structure equation model analysis software.Finally,according to the conclusion of the theoretical and empirical analysis and with reference to the foreign advanced management experiences, countermeasures and suggestions is put forward to foster and promote the growth of corn deep processing enterprises.This paper is divided into seven chapters, main contents and conclusions are as follows:Chapter1:It is introduction and theoretical framework of the dissertation. This part describes the background,aim and significance of the research,the contents,methods and innovation of the study; summarizes and reviews the relevant studies at firm growth; introduces some basic concepts in the dissertation;describes the complicatedness of firm the various impetus factors of the impetus of firm growth and enterprises of different kinds both internal and external levels in accordance with the practice.Chapter2:The main content of the chapter is to analyze the developmental process of the corn deep processing enterprises on the condition that industrial development.In this part,the relationship between enterprises and industrial environment is discussed in principle,at the same time the characteristic,process,the present situation to the corn deep processing enterprises is analyzed, which is the basis to analyze the external dynamic elements and the mechanics which promote the growth of corn deep processing enterprises.Chapter3:The main content of the chapter is to discriminate the growth impetus of corn deep processing enterprises.Firstly according to the research on the theory of enterprises growth by the domestic and foreign scholars.Meanwhile to analyze the condition for growth and characteristics of growth.
