Study On State-owned Capital Financial Supervision System

Based on the analysis of China’s state-owned enterprise financial management system and basictheoretical and empirical research, the problems are found and the analysis of a state-owned enterprisefinancial supervision system is built. In this paper, the suggestions on the principle, objectives,organizational structure, methods and content of financial oversight of state-owned enterprises are given,and finally a more complete solution of how to improve the financial supervision system of state-ownedenterprises is formed. Meanwhile, the impact factors of the financial supervision of state-ownedenterprises are analyzed and the financial supervision and evaluation system is established. The systemconsists of four sub-modules, namely financial management, customer service, business operations andbusiness development, and respectively edits and rates for financial position, customer data andrelationships, the main business enterprises and value-added services, corporate culture and personnelindicators. Based on the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and combined with thecomputer software technology and database technology, the financial supervision and evaluation system iscompleted. Finally, the system is verified by taking advantages of real production data in some largestate-owned enterprises.
