Corporate culture is an important topic in contemporary organizational management discourse system. Since the1980s of the last century, the Western scholars have made a lot of efforts, achieved fruitful research results, which actively promoted the practice of corporate culture. Chinese academia and industry participate actively into the world research and constructing stream on corporate culture. They have made certain outstanding achievement in both theory and practice domain. However, due to the influence of historical and socio-cultural and many other factors, our corporate culture research and practice have a significant gap to the international standards. Our study aspects are entrapped in corporate culture, elements of structure type, impact factor... and the relationship of organizational performance, technological advances etc. The research vision and depth are following Westerns but there is distance to fit our society. The current research cannot give a strong interpretation and guidance when the enterprises encounter problems and confusions during culture building-up. Therefore it is necessary and urgent to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the corporate culture based on the Chinese environment.In essence, corporate culture is the aggregation system of growing and realization of its meaning and vision. As the meaning germinal system, its components include all the members accepted and obeyed elements of mission, vision, purpose, spirit, values and business philosophy, etc. with rich features of the enterprise. The "Meaning realization system" is the crystallized elements of management system, business operations corporate profile during its operation practice. Regardless it is the consciousness element of’meaning germinal’or real element of’meaning realization’, it is the meaning "representation", eg the "text" from structurology. The text is a multi components structure system. According to its appearance it can be divided into "explicit text" and "implicit text". It can be divided into’word text’and " executive text". Corporate’s culture "word text" is its "publicly claimed text", and "executive of text" is the "actual practice text."Based on the conation to the corporate culture, this study, drawing on the results of previous studies, starting from value viewpoint, steering by the individual organization fit and organizational claimed values and executive value, employing the review of corporate culture as dynamic channel, is trying to explore new vision and seek new paths for corporate culture research though defining concepts, concepts measuring, analyzing the reality of patterns of our corporate values, investigating the corporate culture morphology and the relationship between corporate culture text,Specifically, based on the basis of the results of previous research, this study combined with the practice of corporate culture in China, mainly conducted the exploration in the following three aspects:First, using "claimed" and "executive" as the dividing dimension, proposed the relationship of corporate culture’s "claimed values" and "executive values" as well as the "word text" and "executive text" the first time. This enriched the research area on corporate culture and helps to improve the saturation of full research framework of corporate culture. It also helps the in-depth analysis of corporate culture "unrealistic expectations" floor instability "," words and deeds mismatch" plight in the practice of corporate cultureSecond, Improved current survey form of OCP and CTT based on existing corporate culture measurement tools. In accordance with the requirements of the research and development specifications designed new survey form based on the Chinese environment. This provides a new tool for in-depth study of corporate culture.Third, investigated the influence of value fit to corporate culture test from the individual and organizational fit, claimed values and executive values fit aspects. This thesis also analyzed the interrelatedness between the various elements within the corporate culture text based on this investigation.Three mentioned contributions are sure to show an active attitude for corporate culture research.
