To Speed Up The Chinese Enterprise Foreign Direct Investment Strategy Research

Economic globalization is the world’s leading trend, and multinationals’ foreign direct investment is its main driving force. World economic history tells us:the economic power must be a big country of foreign direct investment. To realize the shift of economic power into economic giant in the world, China must conform to the trend, accelerating making foreign direct investment. China’s "12th Five-Year Plan Outline" has listed speeding up the implementation of "going out" as a national strategy. China’s foreign direct investment is the most important part of China "going out". In recent years, a lot of results are made on study of China’s foreign direct investment, but overall needs further deepening, and the word "strategy" is also suspected of being generalized in the study. Therefore, it, no doubt, has important theoretical and practical significance for China’s making foreign direct investment to taking in the outstanding achievements of domestic and foreign research, to learn from the advanced experience of in developed countries in making foreign direct investment, to exploring the theoretical basis of China’s making foreign direct investment, and to strategy to develop a realistic strategy for China’s making foreign direct investment.This thesis studies Chinese foreign direct investment strategy based on complex dynamic environment of strategic management theory, the study of. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:The first chapter is the "Introduction", introducing the background and significance of the study, defining the involved key concepts, summarizing the findings on Chinese foreign direct investment of Chinese and foreign scholars, and explaining the structural arrangements, research methods, expected innovation and research prospects of this study.The second chapter is "The theoretical basis of foreign direct investment", on the basis of combing new results of theoretical studies of Foreign Direct Investment theories in developed countries and developing countries, this thesis absorbs and learns from the existing theory rational core, putting out the theoretical basis of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises under the dynamic environment dynamic generalized advantage theory, building strategic theoretical framework for Chinese foreign direct investment:Strategic Environmental Analysis of Chinese foreign direct investmentâ†'the establishment strategic principle of Chinese foreign direct investment strategic objectives of Chinese foreign direct investmentâ†'the strategic choice of Chinese foreign direct investment.The third chapter is "International Experience and Enlightenment of Foreign Direct Investment". In the history of international direct investment, China is only a latecomer, to learn from the pioneers, we have studied the United States,Japan and South Korea’s foreign direct investment, getting a normative revelation.The forth chapter is "the stage of development and decision factors of Chinese foreign direct investment".In order to study Chinese foreign direct investment strategy, we summarize the history of Chinese foreign direct investment, analyzing the characteristics of Chinese foreign direct investment, and determining its stage of development based on empirical analysis.
