In the "customer first" today, retailers directly contact consumers, understanding ofconsumer demand more accurately, compared with suppliers, retailers are gaining morepower. The number of foreign-funded enterprises such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, theChinese-funded enterprises such as Gome, Suning having gaining increasing power inthe retail market. Large-scale retail enterprises and suppliers relationship issues have alsobeen pushed to the frontier exploration of theory and practice.This paper lets large-scale retail enterprises as the basic starting point, chooses twohighly correlated problem of large-scale retail enterprises suppliers selection andcooperation maintenance to study the cooperation relations of large-scale retailenterprises and suppliers, efforts to explore large-scale retail enterprises supplierselection evaluation system and corresponding cooperation maintenance mechanisms,thispaper will solve the questions below: What is the theoretical basis of large-scale retailersand suppliers cooperated relationship? How does a large retailer choose suppliers? Whatis large-scale retail enterprises’ suppliers selection evaluation system? Which factorsaffect the trust produced mechanism? How to build the trust mechanism? How to buildthe incentive mechanisms, information sharing mechanism?Based on these questions, this paper drawing on large international research resultsand a lot of interviews concluded that large-scale retail enterprises supplier’s selectionevaluation system, using SPSS analysis software for the recovery of valid evaluationsystem, using AHP find the corresponding weight of each index. Make relevantassumptions based on mechanism for cooperation to maintain the trust factor, combineformer research and investigation, make CITC analysis, exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, independent-sample T test, correlation analysis, are appliedin the data processing, testing data’ reliability and validity and validating the hypotheses.Analyzing incentive mechanisms, information sharing mechanisms of cooperationmaintenance, points that the corresponding build path.This study’s chapter structure is organized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.proposed the problem of environmental background,practice background and academic background of the study; pointed out thepurpose and methods of this study,the basic standpoint of the study and the definition ofrelevant concepts,the technical route, structural arrangements and innovations.The second chapter is the literature review.Combination of research topics, researchon large number of Chinese and foreign literature about large-scale retailers, channelpartnerships, suppliers selection, channel partnerships maintain, points out the lack ofexisting research and efforts direction of this research.The third chapter is the comprehensive analytical.Analysising the basic theory,themotivation, the value of cooperative relations, the status of large-scale retail businessesand supplier relationships,based on the previous literature and theoretical,culminating ina comprehensive theoretical analysis of this study framework.The fourth chapter is the large-scale retail enterprises suppliers selection.revealinglarge-scale retail enterprises suppliers selection process, focusing on building a largeretail enterprise suppliers selection evaluation system, to calculate the index weight andevaluate the supplier selection.The fifth and sixth chapter are the large-scale retail enterprises maintainrelationships with suppliers.Mainly researching trust mechanism, incentive mechanismsand information sharing mechanism.The seventh chapter is the conclusion. Point out the main conclusions of this study,the study limitations and future prospects.Target of this paper is to prompt studies in the field of Channel relationshipmanagement, and provide some direction and reference for enterprises.
