Gradually in recent years some scholars havesuggested that the subjective dynamic factor of the customary agents that may be theevolution of business practices for the study even more momentum and synergy startingpoint for research. On this basis, the foreign research results from their group andorganizational level gradually. Learn from traditional human knowledge and the latestachievements of cognitive psychology, and accurate, in-depth discussion of the cognitiverules and cognitive behavior, will enhance the academic understanding of the concept oforganizational practices on organizational practices, as well as the evolution mechanism.Team cognition to the point, in-depth to explore the relationship between the evolution ofteam cognition and business practices, and expand the research from the followingpoints. 1、A new connotations to explore the concept of team cognition and the relationshipbetween variables.
