It has become an imminent task to deal with three issues of the countryside, namely the issues of agriculture, farmers and rural areas, when China has just stepped into the range of middle-class developed countries, bears the burden of serious imbalance of the development of urban and rural areas, faces the test of the middle income trap, and explores the breakthrough of the mode of economic growth. It needs new way to solve three issues of the countryside, namely to improve agricultural labor productivity, besides the old ways such as transferring labor, scale of economy, improving agricultural technology, perfecting the market of agricultural products.This dissertation holds that the leisure agriculture, which penetrates the the first, second and third industry in rural areas, blends production, living and ecology functions, tightly connects agriculture, agricultural product processing industry and service industry, is a new agricultural industrial pattern and a new consumer Tableat. The leisure agriculture has been on the stage of Chinese agriculture in time after our country reached the medium income level.At present, our country’s leisure agriculture is still in the initial stage whether in theory or in practice. From a global perspective, the leisure agriculture is the most popular in such developed countries or areas as the US, Europe, Japan and Taiwan. These countries or areas explore and develop the leisure agricultue with respective distinguishing features with the help of strong policy and sufficient fund, which attracts millions of tourists. This plays an important role in promoting the development of area agriculture and rural economy. The experiences of developing leisure agriculture in developed countries or areas are worth to draw lessons from.From the perspective of the developmental progress and perTableance of our country’s leisure agriculture in in recent years, the leisure agriculture not only helps to transfer the surplus labor in rural area but also helps to promote the development of the third industry in vast rural areas, to advance the adjustment of the agricultural industry structure, and to break through the situation of relying on planting with low economic benefits in rural areas in our country. However, because of late start of the eisure agriculture, weak strength and running on small scale of the leisure agriculture enterprises, the products of the leisure tourism have no characteristics, lack the content and connotation, and are short of leisure elements and culrural intension, which influences the sustainable development of the leisure agriculture to some extent.The above-mentioned issues have a certain relationship with main participants’lack of a deep understanding of the dynamic mechanism of the leisure agriculture in the process of the development of the leisure agriculture. To deeply discuss the willingness of participation of various participants of the leisure agriculture from the perspective of pulling force, touching off force, motive force, driving force and auxiliary force.Farmers, government, and commerce and industry capital are gradually involved in the exploitation of the leisure agriculture along with the progressive maturity of the leisure industry. Economic man’s rationality can cause the interests conflict and contradiction among the three parties in running the leisure agriculture under the condition of market economy. Only the Tableing of interest mechanism of reasonable distribution of the three parties can really effectively promote the rapid and healthy development of our country’s leisure agriculture. It has positive significance in advancing the healthy development of the leisure agriculture to take advantage of the theory of stakeholders in order to make clear the relationship of stakeholders in the leisure agriculture and construct rational benefit coupling mechanism.On the basis of summarizing relative theories about the leisure agricultural development, this dissertation, which is guided by Marx’s economic theory from beginning to end and use the relative theories and analytic methods of Western economics for reference at the same time, emphasizes the importance of developing our country’s leisure agriculture from strategic height. It sums up the developmental experiences of the leisure agriculture in developed countries and areas through comparative analysis, expounds the developmental course and perTableance of our country’s leisure agriculture by way of empirical analysis, and pays close attention to the issues of motive force and Interest coupling in course of the development of our country’s leisure agriculture. It searches for the innovation and development thought of the leisure agriculture suitable for Chinese national conditions, and finds out a new route for the balanced development among urban and rural economy, society, culture and environment in our country on the basis of the innovative development of the leisure agriculture.
