It is undoubted that, in the process of pursuing a harmonious development among knowledge, competence and personality, college students need to develop themselves in an all-round way to meet the challenge from economic knowledge society when they cultivate their leadership. It is highlighted in the national appealing that facing with all students, moral education and competence cultivation should be preferentially given emphasize to. Meanwhile, students’ social responsibility, spirit to explore as well as the practical ability to deal with certain problems should also be developed. The quality-oriented education pays much emphasize on students’ morality, competence, social responsibility, creativity as well as practical ability, and this requirement acts in cooperation with nature of college students’ leadership exploitation.How to recognize the students’ leadership? How is the current state of the leadership of college students? How to exploit that based on current national state?
