| Qualitative research as the basic means, by the method of literature, combining the current situation and trend of school sports development mode, guided by Scientific Outlook on Development, using the research results of related disciplines, such as education, management and sociology, the paper discusses the problems faced with in the process of development comprehensively and analyzes the necessity, urgency as well as the transforming trend and path.(1) Based on a comprehensive review of the literature, the author unscrambles the legal regulations and documents of education system reform and school sports work since the foundation of the state. Combined with specific social background, using the method of expert interview, the paper analyzes, summarizes and sums up the documents to define the connotation of school sports development mode and define the constituent elements of school sports development mode, transforming foothold and key links.(2)By the overall understanding of the development mode of school sports in China, grasping the realistic basis and requirements for the current stage of the development, starting from the combination of various resources, the theoretical framework of transformation of school sports development mode is made from the four dimensions:target concept, resource allocation,; structured content and system arrangement respectively.(3)Through field trip to first-line PE teachers, students and related administrative personnel, the investigation is carried on the problems existing in the process of the development of school sports. The existing problems and influencing factors are analyzed according to the characters of school sports development mode. With resource allocation as inspecting point, the paper studies the basic problems in the design and combination of sports resource. On the basis of school sports system, the deficiency existing in the management of school sports is analyzed. With Scientific Outlook on Development as diagnostic methods, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of sports development mode.(4)Referring to previous theoretical research results, combined with the specific circumstances of the development of school sports, on the basis of ascertaining the formation and occurrence mechanism of school sports development mode, the paper determines the ideal state of the transformation of school sports development mode. According to the rule and goal of school sports development, on the basis of theoretical and realistic analysis, aiming at the concrete conditions, through three aspects of resources allocation, structured content and system arrangement, the paper sets optimizing the allocation of resources, adjusting the structured content, strengthening system construction as the basic route of transforming school sports development mode.There are still many unfixed factors in the development of school sports. Only by sorting out these issues, establishing rational operating mechanism, cultivating students’interest in school sports by taking part in, and meeting their sports demands, can we form a dynamic mechanism to promote the development of school sports. |
