Walking and running is to participate in the largest number of fitness programs, research has found that walking is more security than running, but the fitness effect is weaker than running. There are too much injuries associated with running. The running friction and easy to form the iliotibial band syndrome, hamstring injury, patellar pain injury, tibial stress fracture, etc. So if we can have so a kind of sports, it integrated the advantages of walking and running, safe and efficient?So the speed walking in our vision.Research purposes:(1) on the evolution of the iaaf race walking definition and analysis of the definition of speed walking core requirement, the understanding of the broad definition of race walking motion, make the walking motion after renovation is conform to the requirements of the walking motion defined core, at the same time easier to grasp general fitness. (2) of the general population fitness walking, the kinematics of average fitness walking, physiology characteristic analysis, an analysis of the kinetic characteristics of fitness walking and running, to verify that the two research hypotheses,1):race walking for fitness is smaller than the damage possibility of running; 2):fitness race walking benefits than ordinary high.This research mainly use the literature material method and experimental method. Through the literature on the evolution of the iaaf race walking motion definition, summing up the core requirement of speed walking definition, based on the fitness of the reform. To promote fitness walking can make fitness means more diversified and fitness effect more efficient.
