Distribution learning is the kind of learning thought resulted from the distribution idea bring into the education. In general, it shows that a learner can study in any time and on any place which means that teaching and learning can carry through independent of time and space.In narrow sense, we can divide the complex task and problem which requires our enormous capability to solve into many small tasks and problems assigned to the corresponding people and object, and at last we integrate these solutions to solve those small tasks and problems in order to achieve the solution to the complex task and problem.The nature of distribution learning is social and while learning is the intrinsic quality of learning community. Then the distribution learning plugs in the learning community. The major appeal of the distribution learning community is to achieve better the completion of task and the construction of knowledge according to this learning organization formation and establish a reasonable learning platform and social space in accord with the social nature of knowledge.The idea implied the distribution learning community surpasses the traditional concept regarding the learning not as the individual’s cognitive activity but the distribution learning community’s corporate enterprise, at the same time,the distribution learning community initates along with the learning and restarts following the end of innovation which means it is life cycle community.The first chapter deeply explains the idea and connotation of distribution learning community and differentitates those similar concepts such as cooperation learning, distribute learning, digitalize learning and distance education.We analyse comprehensively distribution learning community from its dynamic mechanism, theoretical principle, common expectation, knowledge management, learning organization formation, learning formation, assessing and analysis of cases etc according to its connotation and core elements. At last, we look into the development tendency of the new kind of learning platform.The second chapter’on the dynamic mechanism of distribution learning community ’. discusses the cohesive force, drive, sustainable power and literacy of the forming of distribution learning community.Its cohesive force are the common expectation and the share knowledge which attract the learner to study in the community. Values and expectations bring about the group impetus of learning and become the dynamic of the group learning. The leader’s enchantment and deeply interaction guarantee the enduring of the group learning. These inter-restrict and inter-promote motive powers interact with the outer environment and produce its literacy.The third chapter’ on the theoretical principle of a distribution community based on the task’, investigate into the theoretical principle of the construction of a distribution community. We consider distributed cognitive theory, context theory and social constructivism are the theoretical principle of a distribution learning community and regard the knowledge as the social constructivism, situation and distributivity. Besides, we deeply analyse many attributes of knowledge and show the recessively approaches is from the acquire, participation, action to distribution learning. The four chapter’on the common expectation of a distribution community based on the task’ discusses the three perspectives of design objective:behaviourism perspective, developmental perspective and integrated perspective. We construct the two major targets—individual expectations and common expectations—of a distribution learning community from integrated perspective. The whole man is the individual expectation’s target who try to make pills of immortality and cultivate vital energy, meanwhile, the life as much as possible is the community’s target which includes reason life, aesthetic life and ethic life.These two kinds of expectations complement each other and achieve the confirm of the culture of a distribution learning community.The four chapter’on the knowledge management of a distribution community based on the task’, considers the learning in the knowledge society should effectively manage knowledges of the individual and community by the technology of knowledge management. We use archiving, log and systematize etc to manage the individual knowledge, while uploading, linking and constructing storeroom etc to manage the public knowledge. The strategic management idea of this distribute knowledge management is to pursuit the innovation and added value of knowledge. This chapter focuses on the integrated framework of knowledge management and sharing mechanism of tacit knowledge in the distribution learning.The five chapter’on the organization formation of a distribution learning community’,considers there are three formations:microcosmic, exosystem and macroscopic from the time-space in a distribution learning community. Distribution learning classroom’s core is the classroom which is a distribution learning community’s micro-level formation and its exosystem level formation is a distribution learning group while distribution learning community is its macroscopic level formation. These three level organization formations mutual support and harmonious development and becoming a mutualistic symbiosis and constant evolutive system. Its organization formation is mutually beneficial learning community based on a distribution learning group. The relationship between teachers and students is hold together by trust, responsibility and duty which is similar to relativeal’s affinity. Cooperative contact and spirit association are the major ways of intercourse between teachers and students.The six chapter’ on the learning formation of a distribution learning,deems that we should construct the model of distribution learning from the four dimensions:organization, cognize and behaviour etc. The procedure of distribution learning includes affection compensation, task generation, collaborative learning, achievement issue, Performance evalution and follow the tracks and feedback etc.The seven chapter’ on the assess of a distribution learning community based on the task’, regards’ everyone improving and everyone succeeding’ as the highest state of its assess by its mutually beneficial learning. We construct assess index system of learner’s common innovation and practical on the basis of distincting the assess’s view and feature of distribution learning community and establish the usual way of assess: self-assess, common construction and assess by tools according to succession thinking systems.The eight chapter’ on the conclusion and expectation of a distribution learning community’,discusses the main places of a distribution learning community and its describable common expectation and indescribable common expectation. Shool and family with learning family emerging are the major existing way of distribution learning community. As a new kind of way of learning and new idea of learning, distribution learning community has the describable and undescribable trait. It is not only a free way of learning but also a relaxation way of learning which underpinned the lifelong learning.
