Modern information tecnology has been the dorminat technology in 21 century, and modern information technological education has been the basic field for the understanding and mastering of modern information technology. Currently, there exist various doubts for the episteme of modern infromation technology. It need to make clear, explain, and define the nature and development discipline of modern information technological education in many aspects, so to establish properly theoretical framework and guide the teaching practice by it. Therefore, exploring the chracteristic issue of modern information technological education from the perspective of Philosophy of Science and Technology & STS, is necessary in theory, also has the realistic meaning.This dissertation begins from the analysis on the nature of inforamtion technology, it uncovers the natural character of information technology for its numeralization. This natural character can be gained by exploring into the development history and element of information technology. The numeralization character of information technology, is embodied in modern infromation technology at three aspects:digitalization, virtualization, and cyberization. Digitalization reflects the technological nature of moren information technology, virtualization reflects the essence of artificial nature created by modern information technology, and cyberization reflects the characteristic of social construction of modern information technology.After that, this dissertation explores the basic character of modern information technology education based on the analysis of the nature of modern information technology. It argus modern information technology ecudation embodies the charater of muberization in content, embodies the character of virtualization in means, embodies the character of cyberization in pattern. In the light of the three basic characters of modern information technology education, its development trend can be deduced into 5 aspects:the convergence between teaching ability and learning ability in educational prupose; the unity between explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge in educational content; the cooperativity between globalization and individulization in educational approach; the complementarity between technological quality and comprehensive quality in educational means; the integration between technological virtual use and factual use in educational outcome.Finally, this dissertation reflects the status quo of modern information technology education in China. Points out the puzzledom in educational content, educational means, and educational effect, etc. Based on the nature character and development trend of modern infromation technology education, put forward the shortcomings of Chinese modern information technological education, argues that the setting of education content, the adopting of education means, the running of education pattern, need to be improved, so to adapt the requirement of modern information technology and modern education. |
