At present, there is a "studing asymmetry with using" problem in Chineses new curriculum teaching and the texts teached in classroom are seriously out of community needs. To reduce such asymmetry, based on global interdisciplinary discourse research, in the multidimension,I has straving to explore and combing and constructing the preliminary theory in the hot and difficulty of the knowledge about informational texts and the teaching application, so as to providep a broad international front view and develop ideas for us to study and teach information text in Chinese.In the global context, text, also known as discourse, text, chapters, articles, etc., referring to the language used in a variety of situations, including literary and practical articles, and has a multi-dimensional level. It can be seen as the written word group the text; can also be seen as an instance of a genre; can also be seen as a professional or social behavior; can also be seen as a symbol of social resources. At present, because the whole field of social sciences and humanities research, "text turn " (also known as discourse shift), a large number of research results quickly enter into the teaching applications, and play an increasingly important impact on the world language teaching in primary and secondary schools.In the context of interdisciplinary research, discourse research gradually turned to information text. In this shift, the the genre research of it become the focus and and difficult point in the international science of language and applied teaching. By the interdisciplinary literature review,such as nature of the genre, dimensions, attributes, it can be known that the genre has long been beyond the concept of literary style to become an important symbol of human resources for effective communication,with a complex, social, dynamic, multi-dimensional properties. Specifically, the genre is the framework of human symbolic activity. So,in the structure, which consists of three levels of composition:①macro-genre level constructed by the communicative function of composition;②Genre levels that the traditional discourse genre expectations were at this level operation;③the surface of the discourse model discourse level. Therefore, the genre of discourse inside and outside is the complex multi-level system; It can be a dominant language style, and it can be a hidden cognitive schemata; more than can be highly stylized type of human symbolic activity that is framework of social behavior.Based on macro-communicative purpose, applicating the cutting-edge knowledge such as the nature of the genre, dimensions, attributes and other ones, one can make easy to be aware of the genre at all levels, differences in the properties of different angles to correct handle problem which has been called as "style play down" result from narrative, comment, description and other remarks mode of discourse of text surface during the informational text teaching articles. Also, it can deepen people’s understanding of the genre in multi-dimensional polygonal view, and linked it to social practice to ananlysis genre as cognitive schema, or as a professional conduct framework of the genre of social behavior besides style. So, it provides the theoretical tool and the intellectual protection for us to train students’ cognitive and effective communication ability in class teaching Linked to real life.Prosperity of theory make it popular for relevant pedagogy. In North America, Europe, Asia, etc, a large of genre research school in informational text has been devolped to correct the romantic concept of humanism in the traditional language teaching. Among them, North America, with Miller as the representative of the new rhetorical emphasis on the practical school of social attributes research of the applied text. They are concerned about the properties of the genre as a social behavior, emphasizing the practical writing course should contact the University of the real world situation, to have practical relevance of instruction and learning. In the study, it is the future of international practical research article genre opened a harbinger of social and cultural criticism. In Australia, Sydney, led by Martin, practical linguistic research on applied genre was focused in primary and secondary school. With systematic functional linguistics theory,they emphasis on practical styles of critical text analysis, and form the relatively mature critical media literacy education mode of it,and offers an enlightenment, primary and secondary school and the national media literacy education in the curriculum development and teaching mode in China. In the United States, represented by Stromile Wales "ESP" (meaning in English or English for special purposes) emphasis on practical articles of language and social attributes. The school focused on post-graduate, doctoral and other academic papers such as the advanced stage of analysis and research. The aim is to provide students with a real-world genre closely linked concepts and analytical framework, to promote their effective use of specific genres to achieve their academic, professional and other communication purposes.Based on the experience of the international research and application in teaching, this author integrade world knowledge schemata including language, social, and cultural and initially proposed a Chinese applied genre analysis model. In this mode,it not only includes the genre of external communicative function, but also the concept of text types and discourse genres and genre distinction between knowledge and social behavior schemata of the world map-based knowledge communication concepts. The model of the teaching application value lies in that help teachers both pay attention to the language of the style characteristics and the language of the social and cultural characteristics in the practical teaching.namely,it make them conscious of genre as a professional behavior or as the social behavior of the framework genre features to seriously handle composite genre, and avoid teaching error known as "for the article and article", Thus, a good practical article writing and reading foundation were prepareed for learners to work and study after their graduation.Based on the international academic community, especially the PISA, PIRLS, NAEP assessment of basic education and other large international research projects, this paper has discussed the domains that include genre classification for practical articles, e-reading, reading and writing literacy assessment, media literacy education and other hot and difficult areas. The study found that a variety of genre classification despite had the existence of the phenomenon of cross-genre, but fully three-dimensional classification, closer to the actual real-world genre, and had a strong explanatory power for increasingly the electronic text and multi-modal text.Therefore, drawing on those classification ideas,the paper has posed a preliminary theoretical framework construction in Chinese Articles genre classification in accordance with the purpose of communication, media, use of the environment, format, text and other types of multi-classification standards. In this framework, it not only focus on to distinguish specific aspects of sentence groups of the type of text, but also focus on the distinction between abstract communicative purpose.So, a theoretical framework for shorten the distance between the reality of classroom teaching in text selection were provided that the classification and characterization of text genre has a strong operational teaching.Drawing on international experience that come from evaluation of reading and writing literacy of primary and secondary students, media literacy education and other international frontier experience,the author explores to make a more in-depth grasp of informational text literacy in the information society from multi-dimensional aspects that include communicative function, cognitive, emotional attitude in BBS, news and other appiled and electronic text.At the same time, based on the diverse characteristics of the international media literacy education, the paper has provided the latest international experience and innovative teaching ideas for chinese informational texts.
