People communicate and cooperate more frequently in the21st century. On one hand, with the intensification and diversification of the mass production, and the development of transportation and communication technology the world becomes a "global village", and humanity share each other’s destiny more than ever before. At the same time, facing conflicts and choices that come with shared destiny, diverged interests and diversified culture, humanity’s subjectivity and creativity also have never been more overtly expressed and serverly tested. Ideological and political education is a common education practice in human society. How to correctly deal with the relationship between the national core values as the ruling class’s will and the wide self-identity of the education object, how to overcome the existing phenomenon and problems criticized as "indoctrination","brainwashing"," virtue bag" in current education activities which neglect, depress, and reduce people’s subjectivity, how to not only make ideological and political education received heart and soul by objects and reflected in their behaviors, but also foster and exert the subjectivity of education object, which make people become practitioners of social core values full of enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, have currently turned into the hot and difficult topics in the study of ideological and political education.Communicative subjects that were put forward in the field of philosophy and its research progress expanded the theory space of objects to correctly understand and effectively develop the subjectivity of object of ideological and political education. Subject of ideological and political education communication is the subject concept based on the practice of ideological and political education communication paradigm that involes those being educated into subject’s horizon. It refers to all participants in the ideological and political education communication practice including the mobilization party, planners, organizers, practitioners and recipients, who are organizations, groups or individuals with free will, diversified mindset and different values. The ideological and political education practice paradigm refers to treat knowledge transfer from educators and education objects as an interactive process that participants interact in multi-direction instead of the traditional one-way process, thus the goal of ideological and political education is realized all participants’interaction. This practice, comparing with treating education recipients as objects, has achieves the harmony of theory and is logically self-consistent.Bases on Marxism communication theory, this paper puts forward and constructed the framework of the subject system of communication of ideological and political education. Firstly, through a research on communication theory and subject theory, this paper puts forward and explains communicative subjects of the ideological and political education, and reveals the nature of communicative subjects of the ideological and political education, points out it’s an interactive relationship between educator and those being educated that is decided by the ideology of ideological and political education, practice and teach person’s ideology and moral character.The relationship features free will of communication, diversity of thinking, and tolerance of different values.These characteristics transcends previous theory that treating education recipient as objects, expands subjects of the ideological and political education from educators alone to to all the participants, especially the precedence. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main composition and inherent contradictions of communicative subjects of the ideological and political education which is the relationship between the educators and the educated, within educators and within the educated, Among them, the core relationship is the one between the educators and the educated. Based on that, this paper reflects contradictions between society and citizens, between organizations and their members, among independent individuals and between one and oneself, and describes the tension, influencing factors and structural schemata of the four types of contradiction. Finally, this paper puts forward the concept and countermeasure of communicative subjectivity of the ideological and political education. Also, through improvement of education content, innovation of communicative model, optimization of communicative environment, and utilization of new communicative vehicle, communicative subjectivity of the ideological and political education can be promoted and equal contact, active participation, active creation, conscious identity and be advanced in the practice of the ideological and political communication, which is not only the aim of the contemporary ideological and political education value realization, but also an important way to improve its scientificity and validity. |
