Youth Marxists Cultivation Research From The Perspective Of The Ruling Party Construction

The historical experience shows that "Marxist party will have a bright future as long as it wins the youth". It is a strategic project for our party’s construction to cultivate generations of sturdy youth Marxist, which is related to the party’s future development as well as party’s ultimate goal.In the horizon of the construction of ruling party, the paper scientifically and systematically studies the cultivation of youth Marxist. On basis of illustrating relevant fundamental theory, the paper analyzes the mutual promoting relationship between the cultivation of youth Marxist and the construction of the ruling party. On one hand, it is significant for the ruling party to cultivate youth power and lay solid foundation for the party’s youth people. The rule party with strategic vision always regards the young generation as important power to promote the historical development and social progress. Only by cultivating generations of the well-qualified young successor who have integrated development to improve the ruling party’s governing capacity and scientific construction level can the ruling party’s mission be passed down. On the other hand, strengthening the ruling party’s construction can also provide firm direction and powerful guarantee for the cultivation of youth Marxist. The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of Communist Party proposed to build up a learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party, which not only leads and guarantees the cultivation of youth Marxist, but also proposes new task and demand on cultivating the young generation.The paper explores the history of cultivating youth Marxist and summarizes empirical regularity. Chinese Communist Party adheres to regard cultivating and educating the young generation as party’s strategic project, then the party gradually deepens and advances theoretically and practically so as to provide a steady stream of new force and significant guarantee for the revolution, construction and reform. At the same time, the party also draws lessons from the cultivation of youth Marxist in other socialist countries as well as ideological and political education in western countries. The historical research on the cultivation of youth Marxist and the education of the young generation in both domestic and abroad are conducive to provide experience reference and rule for cultivating Chinese youth Marxist under new historical situation.The paper illustrates and analyzes the current situation of cultivating Chinese youth Marxist, and it confirms the achievement, finds out the existing problems and analyzes the cause. On this basis, the paper proposes the guiding thought, goal and principle of cultivating youth Marxist in the horizon of the construction of the ruling party. The generations of party leadership have attached high importance to the cultivation of youth Marxist and tried hard to create the successor of party’s cause. Besides, the party also proposes explicit strategic cultivation goal for them. According to this cultivation goal, the paper carries out the following cultivation principles:combining theory with practice, combining phase training with long-term cultivation, combining the whole advancement with classification guidance, combining educational guidance with self-education, combining realistic approach with virtual space, combining common cultivation with key tracking.In the horizon of construction of the ruling party, the paper proposes approach to realize the cultivation of youth Marxist, then it analyzes and illustrates from the implementation mode, mechanism, means to guarantee and other aspects. On the aspect of realization approach, the paper puts forward demand on four groups, including backbone group among college students, the young cadres, the young intellectual and other outstanding young backbone group, which can strengthen the pertinence and operability. On the aspect of implementation mechanism, the paper carries out the construction of social mechanism, cascade education mechanism and long-term mechanism to enhance the effectiveness and stability. On the aspect of means to guarantee, the combination of theory and practice, social investigation, voluntary service and the participation of social management innovation are carried out to form systematic framework of the cultivation of youth Marxist.
