| Competitive sports dance as a new sport was quite popular by people. With the development of the project, the nature of competitive has been increasingly prominent. How to win becomes the key to the development of competitive sports dance. In order to explore competitive sports dance winning law, the research employed some methods, such as document literature, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, video observation and analysis, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on.Firstly, the definition of competitive sports dance was clearly defined and its characteristics were relatively comprehensive researched. Basic features were the follo wings:new fashionable projects and men and women dancing together; showing competitive and comprehensive aesthetic perception; amounts of types and steps of dance with different styles; diversification of items and popularization and optimization; standard dance system and the fair competition. Training features were as the followings: the scientific selection and training system for a long time; competition combined with training and competition promoting training. Competition characteristics were the followings:the beauty of athletic performance difficulty; the balance of technique and art; giving priority to subjective evaluation and different ways of evaluation; five referee system. Energy metabolism characteristics were combining aerobic energy supply with anaerobic energy supply; the man’s consumption is greater than the female’s. Characteristics of sociology were as followings:entertainment, appreciation and expression; promoting communication, establishing friendship; relieving stress and improving morality. Cultural characteristics were as followings:enjoying people by dance, educating people by dance; richness of dance etiquette elegant; improving aesthetic perception by accompanying music; spread the Chinese and foreign cultures.Due to the athletes’ competitive ability is the core winning ability and the carrier of microcosmic winning law, hence we comprehensively analyzed and summarized this aspect. Results were that physical fitness is the foundation, ballet fundamental training is the key, dance technology is the core, the rhythm of music is the soul, art expression is the creative point, mental quality is the guarantee and live tactic is the breakthrough. On the base of many examples, questionnaire and expert interview, the winning factors can be divided into three layers. The research refined, analyzed and summarized each layer. The study showed that the competitive sports dance winning was the result of multi-factors comprehensive, namely guarantee, adjustment and supporting effects of macroscopic winning factors, promotion and transformation effects of the medium winning factors, decisive effect of the microscopic factors. The macroscopic winning laws were as followings:the social environment was the guarantee, the national policy was direction, scientific management was the core, and economic factor was the foundation. The medium winning laws were as followings:the scientific research was the guidance, scientific selection was the premise, the training systematically was the cornerstone, backup talented person was the support, and the game environment was the guarantee. The microscopic winning law was that on the basis of comprehensively moderate development of body, skill, heart, tactics and wisdom,"beauty" was regarded as the main line,"accuracy" and "stability" were the prerequisites,"new" and "agility" were creative points, combining with the best dance feeling, the quality of the dance would be enhanced at last. Considering the different effects of competitive sports dance winning on the three layers, the research provides with the summary of competitive sports dance winning laws with the features of combination, domination and thrust forward rate.At present, the problems of the current situation of Chinese competitive sports dance mainly concentrated in the high level athletes, backup personnel, choice of excellent athletes, coaches and judge team and management decision-making departments, etc. Focusing on the current situation of China’s sports dance, the thesis puts forward the corresponding development measures and suggestion. |
