This paper founded the《YiFeng》monthly (1933.1-1937.3) for the study in the1930ofthe20th century, processing of Modernization of Chinese Art as the main line, usingqualitative and quantitative methods, Combination of textual criticism and interpretation, byshowing the YiFeng monthly overview, discusses the important contribution of the YiFengmembers and YiFeng Monthly in the thirties Chinese art development process,On the basis oftesting in the empirical literature and seeking truth and falsification, it carries outExplanatory theory from the theoretical perspective of the multidimensional, highlightssignificance of the YiFeng monthly time and the academic value from the theory of history,brings us permanent revelation, determines its historical position, and initiates to theprocess of modernization on Chinese art of thinking.The paper consists of seven parts. The first is an introduction, which mainly elaborateson the Research significance of the paper and current status of the topic, clarifies the YiFengarts research necessity and fills with the blank of academic innovation; Chapter Ⅰ makes ahistorical review on the YiFeng monthly founded by the background and the establishedprocedure, Chapter Ⅱ insights into unique distinguishing feature of the "YiFeng" monthlyand Authors; Chapter Ⅲ provides an overview of the development of the thirties Chinesefolk art and folklore, discusses between two interactive development,Chapter Ⅳ details onthe progressive significance of the four large art exhibitions organized by the “YiFeng”Union,The ChapterⅤ focuses on the cognitive and speculation which are related to theroad of Chinese art’s future from art community members during the Republic of China time;The last part is a conclusion which determines the coordinate to further clarify the meaningsand values.
