| Sino-people lived surrounded by many different minorities andthose minorities were heavily influenced from the Sino-Cultural in a longlong period. Within their languages, they have been established theirown phonology system of the pronunciation of Chinese characters, aswell known as Sinitic or Sino-Xenic words like Sino-Japanese,Sino-Korean and Sino-Vietnamese. Uygur inherited the Sinitic form aswell since the Turkic period, that so called Sino-Uygur (SU). This SUphonology system is well reflected in the Uygur XuanZang Biography(UXB) that can lead us to have more understanding in the part ofNorth-West Chinese during the10th Century.The UXB manuscript was discovered in1930or earlier in southernXingJiang. It was divided and sold to Chinese, French and Sovietrespectively which is now we known today as the Beijing Library, ParisMusée Guimet and the St.Petersburg collections. The manuscript wastorn into two parts to sold that made a lot of difficulties to the scholarsnowadays and it was written in ancient Uygur script that even beentranscribed but it still not convenience for us to use it..This paper based to work on these three collections on the unify ofthe differences within those transcription systems to provide acompleted edition of the UXB which is the most important part of thiswork, the chapter4.
