An Experimental Research On Khamnigan Mongolian Speech

This thesis mainly studies the Khamnigan Mongolian Speech with experimental phonetics research method.summarize and reveals the inner evolution rules of Khamnigan Mongolian Speech and compared with other Mongolian dialects, manage to reveal their relatives. This research not only has some values to study the synchronic and historical research of Mongolian different dialects, also has the important meaning to the "endangered language protection" of Khamnigan Mongolian Speech that reduced using condition by time.In this thesis first introduces the general situation of Khamnigans and the usage condition of Khamnigan Mongolian Speech, current studies, the meanings and methods of this thesis. Did a detailed analysis and summary to the acoustic characteristics of vowels and consonants based on the "Acoustical Parameters Database of Khamnigan Mongolian Speech ". In the short vowels and long vowels (initial and non-initial vowels) part, summarize the pronunciation characteristic, sound pattern of speech system and unique sound characteristics by analyze the formant, length, pitch and intensity and did a compared analyzes between them. To define the characteristics of compound vowels by analyze and describe their formant, length, pitch, intensity and dynamic changes.did acoustic analysis to the consonants of Khamnigan Mongolian Speech with description of the formant, VOT, GAP, voice bar, length, intensity and discuss their pronunciation type and effect of the position in word to consonants. Finally, analyzes the stress accent.summarize the stress accent position and characteristics based on the model of pitch intensity and length.
