Objectives:1 Arguing the feasibility and practicality of sub-health’s spleen and stomach-centered diagnosis and treatment.2 Arguing the standard of theory "Three categories of Sub-healthy State". From his the fuzzy clustering analysis, He yuming classified the Sub-healthy State into 3 main categories:Depressive syndrome, Phlegm-wetness and Asthenia-syndrome3 Studying the basic features of people under sub-health, popularization and application of Wang Qi’s "Clinic model:differentiation corporeity-differentiation disease- differentiation of symptoms and signs" based on early studies of sub-health state, TCM Syndrome types and Corporeity.4 Evaluating the clinical effect of Jia-jian Wumei Tang, Jia-jian ZhishiXiaopi Tang and Jia-jian ShenlingBaishu Tang in treatment of Sub-health Depressive syndrome, Sub-health phlegm-wetness and Sub-health asthenia syndrome.Methods:1. Analysis of existing; know the relevant information, Literature Review. 2.128 cases of Sub-health Depressive syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups of 64 cases:experimental group, using A1-Jian-jia Wumei Tang for 6 weeks, and control group, using A2-Chaihu Shugan Tang for 6 weeks. Improvement of symptom, Chinese material medica withdrawal symptoms and reduced situation were observed; symptom scores were counted before and after treatment; clinical efficacy was compared between both two groups.3.62 cases of Sub-health phlegm-wetness syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups of 31 cases:experimental group, using B1-Jian-jia ZhishiXiaopi Tang for 6 weeks, and control group, using B2-Shenlinfbaishu San for 6 weeks. Improvement of symptom, Chinese material medica withdrawal symptoms and reduced situation were observed; symptom scores were counted before and after treatment; clinical efficacy was compared between both two groups.4.112 cases of Sub-health asthenia syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups of 56 cases:experimental group, using C1-Jian-jia ShenlingBaishu Tang for 6 weeks, and control group, using C2 -Guipi Tang for 6 weeks. Improvement of symptom, drug withdrawal symptoms, Chinese material medica withdrawal symptoms and reduced situation were observed; symptom scores were counted before and after treatment; clinical efficacy was compared between both two groups. Results:1. In group A1, the effective rate was 65.63%, and the total efficiency rate was 85.94%, while in group A2, the effective rate was 15.63%, and the total efficiency rate was 59.38%, there was a significant difference of the effective rate and the total efficiency rate between these two groups (P<0.0001), which shows that the experiment group A1 has a higher curative effect than that of the control group A2.2. In group B1, the effective rate was 70.97%, and the total efficiency rate was 90.35%, while in group B2, the effective rate was 25.81%, and the total efficiency rate was 54.84%, there was a significant difference of the effective rate and the total efficiency rate between these two groups (P<0.0001), which shows that the experiment group B1 as a higher curative effect than that of the control group B2.3. In group C1, the effective rate was 51.79%, and the total efficiency rate was 71.43%, while in group C2, the effective rate was 28.57%, and the total efficiency rate was 37.5%, there was a significant difference of the effective rate and the total efficiency rate between these two groups (P<0.05), which shows that the experiment group C1 has a higher curative effect than that of the control group C2.Conclusions:1. Diagnosis and treatment of Sub-healthy state should be based the spleen and stomach-centred.2. Sub-healthy state has mainly 3 categories:Sub-health Depressive syndrome, Sub-health phlegm-wetness, and Sub-health asthenia-syndrome. He yuming’s model can be used as a standard in syndrome classification of clinical Sub-healthy state.3. The model differentiation corporeity-differentiation disease-differentiation of symptoms and signs" initiated by Wang Qi is applicable especially for subjective Sub-healthy state.4. Jia-jian Wumei Tang, Jia-jian ZhishiXiaopi Tang and Jia-jian ShenlingBaishu Tang have a long and safe, evident and economical curative effect in treatment of Sub-healthy state.
