Objective:To investigate the impact of Chinese medicinal formulae of enhancing ovarian for promoting pregnancy on ovarian function and it’s mechanism of nourishing kidney and dredging liver.Methods:60 persons of Decline in Ovarian Reserve (DOR) were divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). the treatment group took Chinese medicinal formulae of enhancing ovarian for promoting pregnancy made in Taiwan one time a day, one dose each time, the control group took dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) capsule one time a day, one capsule each time, both groups’treatment course were 6 months, to compare the Chinese medicine symptom score, total curative effect, FSH, FSH/LH, E2, AMH and the indexs of safety in liver and breast of 2 groups before and after the trial. SPSS 17.0 for statistics.Results:Both groups could improve the Chinese medicine symptom score and total curative effect after the trial than before (P< 0.05), and treatment group were more effective than control group (P< 0.05); after the trial, FSH, FSH/LH, E2, AMH of treatment group and control group were all enhanced than before(P< 0.05), and treatment group were more effective than control group in improving FSH/LH and AMH (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medicinal formulae of enhancing ovarian for promoting pregnancy can enhance the clinical symptom and the quality of life of patients with DOR; The Chinese medicinal formulae of enhancing ovarian for promoting pregnancy can also improve hormone level and the ovarian function of patients with DOR, and it is safe and have no side effects fore the patients.
