| Chinese onset rate of myopia rank the second inthe world while china is with the largest number of myopia population in the world. High nuber of myopia onset rate bring much inconvenient to people and reduce people’s quality of life. However, contributing factor of myopia is complicated and various, some of PM and high myopia patients are at the risk of blindness. Medicine defined myopia as follow:paralize ray get into eye dioptric system, but concentrate point move faward infront of optic nerve which form unclear vision in patient. Direct reason to Myopia is eye with more refractive power and usual and its pathological structural formation. Especially to leghthen eye axis, longer the eye axis is, higher myopia the patient suffer. Thus, if theres a way to control eye axis growth, which also helps to prevent tissue decrease on sclera, myopia clinical treatment may develop better. This paper fucos on Chinese medicine meradian therapy, acutepoint and herb paist, to treat myopia patients and observe this effacancy on differnet pathological myopia patient. In addition, to oberve rats’ scleral fibroblasts growth and cellular cycle under the condition of stimulating with acute point and herb paist rat serum in lab experiment.Objective:Clinical experiment:to oberve efficacy of therapy acupoint and herb paist’s on adult group and teenage group base on age factor by means of gather and analys statistics of naked visual acuity, refractive degree, eye axis status at the time of before treatment, after treatment,6-month after treatment and 12-month after treatment. Base on clinical experiment result form a preventive and controlling system contribingting to myopia which is abide by both Chinese medicin and western medince theory.Method:gather 100 pateints according to clinical experiment standard. Those who’s above twenty attribute to adult groupmwhile else attribute to teenage group.there are 60 peole in teenage group and 40 people in adults group. Rankly group them into 4 groups and gather statistic of visual acuity, refractive degree, eye axis. Experiment group treat with acutpoint and herbpaist every 3 days.10 times for one treatment period, totoal treat experimental group for 3 treatment period. While blank group will be treat with, purely acupuncture every 3 days.10 times for one treatment period, totoal treat blank group for 3 treatment periods. Gather statistic of visual acuity, refractive degree, eye axis after treatmeng completment and 6-month after compleatement and 12-months after completement.Result:clinical experiment:teeenage group gain positive visual acuity effacacy comparing to blank group with obvious statistical difference. However, visiual acuity efficacy may reduce overtime, but eye axis length and refractive degree raise steadly after treatment in a year time. Three index is significantly associate with time factor and age factor. We can jugde that therapy of acutepoint herbpaist is effective to myopia teenage patients on visual acuity but limited efficacy on controlling refractive degree, eye axis increase. In adult group, visual acuity gain significant efficacy, refractive degree decrease overtime, eye axis obtain stable standard. There’s signigicant statistical difference between experimental group and blank group in the index of visual acuity. Refractive degree, surprisely fell after treatment in 6-month time. In the time of 12-month after treatment, theres significant statistical difference between blank group and experimental group (P<0.05. Eye axis obtained the same standard.Conclusion:therapy of acutepoint herbpaist is able to effect visual acuity, and longterm refractive degree but not able to effect eye axis.Objective:on lab experiment:to observe rats’scleral fibroblasts growth and cellular cycle under the condition of stimulating with acute point and herb paist rat serum. To discuss the positive effect of acute point and herb paist on rats’scleral fibroblasts growth. The result may make it possible to contribute to human eye scleral fibroblasts reformation inorder to control and prevent myopia.Method:1. separate scleral fibroblasts from rats’scleral tissue form original and generate cell.2. Prepare rats acutepoint herbpaist blood serum.3. experimental group cells Stimulated scleral fibroblasts with acutepoint herbpaist blood serum for 24 hours。blank group cells Stimulated scleral fibroblasts with blank blood serum for 24 hours.4. Analyze cell peorid and growth situation by cell flow cytometer and MTT test.Result:flow cytometer shows experimental group cells in G1 decrease comparing to blank group while experimental group cells in S period increase. Statistical difference shows acutepoint herbpaist blood serum promote cleral fibroblasts growth from period G1 to Period S. Index OD between experiment group and blank group shows significant difference.Conclusion:myopia acutepoint herbpaist rats’blood surom contribute to scleral fibroblasts growth. |
