Currently, hospitals are facing a great change in the external environment as the patients have shown enhanced awareness to protect their own rights, and sometimes they even defend their rights in extreme ways. This leads to frequent injury of medical personnel. As for the hospital, an effective way to reduce conflicts between doctors and patients is to improve health care quality and prevent medical malpractice resulting from quality problems at this stage. To improve the quality of medical services, reduce medical disputes, and ease the tense relationship between doctors and patients, this study treats the quality of medical care for hospitalized patients as the subject of the study. The author reviews the medical quality control methods in the past, and proposes a “medical service quality control method based on disease classification ". The medical service quality control is classified into five levels, which are structured text records, anomalous data detection, basic data collection, treatment process logic judgment, quality data exploitation and application. The study proposes a structured approach and idea in view of the data of the medical text record in particular to solve the storage and utilization of text data by writing software to run the data acquisition and monitoring combined with electronic medical record functions in order to ensure the completeness of the data acquisition and diagnosis and treatment. The innovation of the study lies in that, first of all medical quality control date system is defined according to the generalized definition of medical quality. Secondly the method of structured medical text is used to control the quality of diagnosis process. Lastly medical quality data is used to establish general evaluation models which involve economic benefit mode, medical work efficiency model and patient therapeutic effect mode, and the clinical departments can make decision based on the analysis outcome. In the process of hospitalized patients medical service quality control, on the one hand, data collection is critical, which requires more efforts be put into hospital information construction to achieve the informationization of the whole process of diagnosis and treatment in order for the comprehensive collection of medical data information and selected use of data for specific projects. On the other hand, medical service quality control should be established on the basis of disease classification with the standardization of treatment procedures and determination of the expected target in order to emphasize the comparability. Furthermore, medical service quality databases should be built for the exploitation and utilization of data as well as for solving specific practical problems.
