Objective:To study THCQT on renal fibrosis in renal tissue morphology and function, using proteomic methods to explore the pathogenesis of renal interstitial fibrosis and Taohechengqitang against renal fibrosis the mechanism of action.Methods:In this study,50 SPF level healthy wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham group and model group, wherein the normal group, sham operation group 10, model group 30; unilateral ureteral obstruction of the modeling method, model group rats were divided into three groups, namely, model group, fosinopril, THCQT each group 10. The first day after surgery, THCQT group were given gavage 5ml Taohechengqitang decoction; fosinopril fosinopril group were fed with 5ml of liquid; the normal group, sham-operated group were given gavage 5ml distilled water was fed once a day. The rats in the first 13 days after administration of the sample will be placed in metabolic cages, the rats of normal drinking water, feed fasted for 12 hours to collect the rat urine 24h, 24h for the determination of the total amount of protein in the urine each group 14 days after administration, the abdominal aorta collected blood serum was separated into two aliquots for biochemical parameters were measured creatinine and blood urea nitrogen. The detection of renal pathology:.Masson staining showed THCQT reduce renal interstitial fibrosis area compared with the model group was statistically significant (P<0.05)3. Proteomics to detect differences were identified 343 proteins, including protein in model group raised 251 down-regulated protein 92.Conclusion:1. Taohechengqitang can significantly improve the general state of renal fibrosis in rats and can reduce serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen levels UUO rats, improve kidney function.2. Taohechengqitang reduce UUO induced the change of kidney pathology.3. The effect of Taohechengqitang on UUO induced renal interstitial fibrosis may relative to the differential protein.
