Objective To imvestigate the feasibility and safety of neoplasms resection after coronary stent implantation to the patients with coronary heart disease accompanying tumor. Methods 209 coronary heart disease patients accompanying neoplasms who underwent neoplasms resection surgery after coronary intervention in PLA General hospital from March 2006 to March 2012 were reviewed.122 patients of them accepted coronary stent implantation because of severe coronary stenosis.4 weeks after coronary stent implantation, they accepted neoplasms resection. Other 87 patients immediately accepted neoplasms resection after coronary angiography because the coronary had less severe stenosis. Average follow-up period was 31 months. Results 1. Of the 220 stents implanted in the 122 patients,196 (89.1%) stents were drug-eluting stent,24 (10.9%) stents were bare mental stents. The PCI procedure of all patients was successful.2.75(61.5%)patients accepted neoplasms resection during the 4st to 6th week post PCI, while 26(21.3%) patients accepted neoplasms resection during the 6st to 10th week post PCI.20(16.4%) patients accepted neoplasms resection 10th week post PCI.3.The procedure was successful for all patients, and postoperative pathology proved that the neoplasms was malignant. No significant difference was observed in intraoperative bleeding, operation time, et al. In perioperative period, no stent thrombus was observed, and the incidence of cardiac event was accepted. 4.Average Follow-up period was 31 months. Two-year over survival rate was 86.2%, Three-year over survival rate was 78.4%. The period from PCI to surgery, level of CEA and heart rate influenced the survival rate. Conclusion 1. neoplasms resection is safe and feasible shortly after coronary stent implantation when anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs are rationally used and perioperation is well prepared.2. Accepted neoplasms resection during the 4st to 6th week post PCI and heart rate was controlled below 90 beat per minute were the protection factor.3. The perioperative safety and prognosis are no significant between the drug-eluting stent group and bare-mental stent group.
