| ObjectiveTo study breast cancer patients without Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine combined with pure acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference for the clinical treatment of breast cancer syndromes.MethodsCollected by Western medicine has been diagnosed with breast cancer, to adhere to two months of treatment for breast cancer,40 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with acupuncture and Tam No.1 compound Chinese medicine treatment, the control group only uses acupuncture. Efficacy evaluation two months after analyzing the therapeutic effect and quality of life improvement.ResultsClinical use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer patients, the treatment group, and the total effective tumor objective response rate was 35 %in the control group, the total effective rate of 30%. The clinical symptoms and signs, Karnofsky (KPS) has improved, CEA and CA153 treatment group decreased more significantly, and immune parameters in evaluation of CD3 and CD4 treatment group after treatment was significantly higher, CDS declined, compared to the control situation group is better.ConclusionTreatment of breast cancer patients and control groups were improved signs and symptoms, improve quality of life and relieve cancer, especially combined with traditional Chinese medicine to improve the treatment group, there is an important role of traditional Chinese medicine proved to be reckoned with in the course of the treatment of breast cancer. |
