The Acupuncture Treatment Of Spirit Selection Points To The Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:In this study, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) patients for clinical study. To improve the treatment by acupuncture,acupoint selection from the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms, the curative effect and influence. Analysis of the treatment of acupuncture and the advantages and disadvantages of Xiaoyao Pill in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome from theism.Methods:Divide the CFS patients whom came to the acupuncture outpatient department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese medicine during March2013to February2014into tow groups:treatment group and control group, according to1:1ratio. Treatment group has30CFS cases,with acupuncture therapy,once every two days,3times a week,4weeks for a course of treatment total of2courses. Control group has30CFS cases with Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyao Pill, take2times a day,30days as a course total of2courses. Observation before treatment,4weeks and8weeks after, CFS patients with clinical symptoms score, fatigue scale (FS-14) score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) changes. The four groups of data using statistical method of t test, analysis of variance of treatment, the clinical curative effect and the evaluation from Spirit choosing acupuncture treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency CFS.Result:CFS patients after acupuncture treatment Fatigue Scale (FS-14), the clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that of the integral group before treatment and the control group in the same period (P<0.05), HAMD depression scale treatment group and control group before treatment and after2course of treatment has obvious curative effect (P<0.01) but the same period int wo groups of mutual comparison (P>0.05), HAMA anxiety scale treatment group and the control group had obvious curative effect after2courses of treatment (P<0.01), were compared with each other (P>0.05)Conclusion:The acupuncture Spirit select point treatment and Xiaoyao Pill on CFS patients to relieve fatigue, clinical symptoms, anxiety and depression have improved significantly, but in the more obvious treatment effect from theism.
