Objectives:To study the role of imbalance of Thl7/Treg cell in acute pancreatitis patientsMethods:Thirty seven patients with acute pancreatitis and twenty healthy volunteers were involved in this study during October2013to February2014in xiangya hospital, peripheral blood was taken on the first, forth, seventh day after admission and the day of health examination; FCM(flow cytometry) was used to test the rate of Th17and Treg, also the rate of Thl7/Treg. ELISA was used to measure the level of interleukin-6(IL-6) in plasma.Results:(1)the rate of Th17/Treg cell was higher in the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) group than the mild acute pancreatitis(MAP) group and the control group(P<0.05); the value is high in the MAP group than the control group in the first day, but, there was no signsignificativedifference between the MAP group and the control group in the forty and seventh day (P>0.05)。(2) IL-6measured in SAP group was higher than the MAP group and the control group (P<0.05), and the IL-6level in MAP group was higher than the control group in the first, forty day, but no signsignificativedifference between the MAP group and the control group in the seventh day (P>0.05)。(3) the corelationship analyzed by Spearman Analysis showed there was an obvious linear correlation between the rate of Th17/Treg cell and IL-6level (r=0.78, P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) The imbalance of Thl7/Treg cell is polarized to proinflammatory party in acute pancreatitis patients, and promote the development of inflammation.(2)There is positively correlation between inflammatory cytokines IL-6and the imbalance of Th17/Treg cell human acute pancreatitis, and maybe play an important role in the regulation of the differentiation and balance of Th17/Treg cell.
