| Objective:Deep venous thrombosis is one of the most common disease in vascular surgery. It may result in phlegmasia cerulea dolens and pulmonary embolism, and post-thrombotic syndrome in one or two years. The catheter-directed thrombolysis is the most popular method. However, there is no guide on modes of catheter-directed thrombolysis. This study try to find therapeutic effect and safety of DVT using different modes of catheter-directed thrombolysis.Method:Randomly collect74patients hospitalized in Union Hospital as DVT during February,2012to April,2013.They were divided into3groups:25cases were submitted to systemic anticoagulant therapy,25were submitted to catheter-directed thrombolysis by giving continuously pumping urokinase,24were submitted to catheter-directed thrombolysis by giving interrupted pumping urokinase.Comparing the incidence of PTS using Villalta Scale and recanalization rate of vein and complication during therapy.Result:Thrombolytic effect in interrupted pumping mode was significantly better than the continuously pumping mode. The incidence of PTS showed no obviously different between the two modes of catheter-directed thrombolysis, which were lower than systemic anticoagulant group. The complication of the3modes showed no obvious difference. Conclusion:The interrupted pumping mode showed better therapeutic effect on recanalization rate of vein and lower incidence of PTS. |
